Immediately following the announcement of the open offer, the sp dropped by half, this is now factored in. 3. In the run upto the OO deadline, much convo on this board was sell all now to buy in through open offer at cheaper this making quick profit. A lot of people did so, hence the sp dropped. 4. Thursday if I remember the day, post final chance for OO, once it had passed, we all noticed the sp rise by over 20%, why? A lot of people had missed the chance to buy through the OO and some extra who hoped the sp would fall further before the deadline realised it wouldn't. So buying started. 5. Antos Glogowski bought 21%, got watered down to 14% and took part in the subsequent placing to keep it so. Antos now went ahead to rid the company of PSL. Recall PH would have rather had the company go under after their 2 rns to kill the sp. Antos now gave them a lifeline but also remembered the shareholders, instead of a placing, it was an OO, instead of a higher price ot was at a discount. 6. Next week BOU goes up one serious gear. The RTO may not announced but the board is in need of new blood as one is going. This new blood may be Antos (highly likely), it may be an associate (likely) or it may be someone radically new (unlikely). 7. Because of Antos Glogowski and his initial move for 20%, some worthy posters research his history and tied the links to Coeur Gold Armenia, 2 attempts to get CGA on a stock exchange failed, no wonder Antos Glogowski wants significant stake to better direct the company. Dragon Group International won't make another attempt at acquiring Coeur Gold Armenia. Whose to say they won't attempt a hostile? Whose to say maybe that's why Antos wants a greater significant holding? Whose to say, any other top mining company won't see the same opportunity? Whose to say?

These sells are clearly those late to the party. Lmfao Sell now, realise it wont settle by the day, when the day comes. Panic like a maniac, hoping it drops. Buy back. Mind you, not long to go and news will start dropping. Recall they got Antos to agree to take part in the placing and for him not to go to the market. Why did they do that? He wanted more, he wanted control. So take what RKB is saying seriously. He may have agreed to not buy YET until the deadline for anyone to take part in this OO is over. Who knows, time will tell.
