This is being artificially held back cos the placing is at 0.035p.... after 1 May, this will fly... esp if there's another LOI

As the placing is at 0.035, feels like the MMs are trying to keep the SP down, but must be struggling given there are over 1.3bn more buys than sells so far today! Feels like something is about to happen...

I wouldn't be surprised if it's Glencore (or affiliates of Glencore) taking the majority of the 4.5bn shares....

Mann69 - I think the directors do have confidence - they are restricted on when they can buy and sell shares, as they need to comply with various "insider trading" pieces of legislation - they can't just buy and sell shares all year round like we can... and providing a loan needs legal and tax advice which costs money.

...or use it as an opportunity to top up!! This is an amazing opportunity... I think the crux of the matter is that GR does not interview very well, and he's perhaps unwise in the way he expresses things - but to be fair he's not exactly a spring chicken any longer!... this is about to rocket, get in whilst it's still great value.

Bluechipbroker - that's exactly where I was coming from with my post... this is clearly quite a dynamic situation, and not completely unilateral with Glencore only....

@Ballymena - there are more cards in play than you think!! This is a changing landscape now... and could start to change pretty rapidly...

Will be interesting if a second (or even more!) LOI is signed imminently... that would add some bargaining power to PREM and be able to negotiate an even better end [binding] deal...

I think that's the new equilibrium now reached until the next piece of news... feels like this is now the new "bottom" for PREM, profit takers are now largely out of the system. For anyone now wanting to get involved, now is the time to buy for sure... GLA DYOR

Still going to be a bumpy ride with the profit taking that will now take place too (and the fact that this is non-binding still) - but this is massively positive news... I'm holding for now. If it dips back a bit more then I'll increase my holding. Definitely not selling!!

I think the LOI RNS will be next week now, otherwise he would have amalgamated it into the Circum RNS yesterday... nevermind, next week really isn't that far away!! Just need a little patience

Funny how an RNS can "spook" the market a bit.... a lot of sells this morning, but finally buys are now coming through also - in the general scheme of things the RNS really wasn't that big a deal... yes it's dilution, but this is going to go up significantly once the drilling news starts to materialise... very short sighted to sell shares now!
