Under 7p with the DEMIRS now moving along and a drill rig getting prepared etc... it's a crazy low share price!! Fill your boots. Not much is going to happen for the next 4 weeks with the share price (unless PKF expedite their audit work), but 4 weeks is hardly a huge amount of time! Patience is all that's required. GLA

Personally, I don't think there are solvency / going concern issues, as if that was the case they would need to cease trading (not just have shares suspended), and that doesn't seem to have happened - that would be a criminal offence, and I don't think the board would be daft enough to do that...

Given the speculation around it though, they would be wise to come out with another RNS to focus on that a bit more, just to calm things down.

Not just hold / sell - will be interesting to see how many buy today! In the general scheme of things, a one month suspension really isn't a big deal - the share price should bounce up considerably once the suspension is over!... GLA, hang in there!!... or top up today!

It's about to get very interesting now...

And people trying to sell now, hoping that the share price dips significantly again to buy back in run a real risk of getting their fingers burnt, especially with a big spread in the price - hopefully people realise that and just hold their shares for the ride upwards!!

forget the 50p, if you do a back of a *** packet calculation using the known resource we have, and also compare with other company market caps, then this will be £2+ at some stage in the next year or two. that's massive. i guess 50p this year, but will ramp up a lot more after that.

Just_Us I was about to say exactly the same thing - I'm taking the spread as a positive too!! I am fully locked and loaded now, and just needs patience

I don't think there is anything new in the RNS, but it's nice to have a bit of communication from the board. I sense the start of a news rich period for June.

Sagar - how do you know this? Surely that would be a form of market abuse if the news from a future RNS was known a few days before?! I hope you are right though, but I sense you're hearing baseless rumours from the rumour mill... it is just a matter of time though... just hope it's soon or we may need an equity raise at a low share price and a big dilution!

Could this be a Glencore takeover? 51%+ of the shares shortly....

It's going back up, cos whilst people can see there's a dilution imminent, there's also funding to get this thing finally running - and a massive opportunity / upside (there's both a negative and a positive)... people don't want to miss the boat for when this thing finally has a "green light"...

I don't agree that the next RNS will be an EGM... I will accept being proved wrong, but I think the next stage will be loan finance from Glencore (that is the most likely next RNS) - or possibly another LOI (but i think that is less likely now)
