When the extension is over should paint a more accurate picture. But a totally inaccurate trial could of lost more lupuzor patients than placebos making the whole thing invalid.

It's definitely proved itself to be better than current medications on the results received and safety so I wouldn't say its a fail I hope the on-going test goes smoothly with no drop outs this time

The more research I've done I seriously can't believe I'm in at this price. Seems like a giant over reaction to the data and motives of other traders here. Think this will definitely be marketed or bought out by big pharma happy to sit and wait on this

Phase 1 - establish safe dose and how treatment is administered (around 30 people required) Phase 2 - establish effects of the body, is the drug effective (around 100 people required) Phase 3 - is it better than current treatment (placebo?) (over 100 into 1000's of people required)

A fair trial at least, we already knows it's safe, no (minimal) side effects and better than soc so that'll get it some good brownie points I'm sure. I'm going to research this.

The next 6 months of results will be pivotal to salvage some accurate results and statistics. It could be marketed currently to people with the DNA marker. You have to remember it's not just for lupus it could be very effective in a number of autoimmune diseases so has a lot of potential in the drug market.

I think I know what article your getting at. Can't see a reason why they won't, as it's safer, improves about 10% and is cheaper so we know so far. If you throw them enough cash I'm sure they'll do a little dance too. But those 3 points would be enough for me tbh. Just hope the fda don't go chinese and start pushing stuff that's dangerous and un-tested.

I think the continuation will be enough seems like everyone responds by then so they've gathered and the numbers will stay the duration. But yes a bigger trial would be much better much more realistic in the grand scheme. Could be done across the globe in different countries to make it fair as everyone is bound to respond differently which was one of the primary findings in the trials.

When more data is analysed and the 6 month continuation will paint a better picture. If 49 people left the trial that's pretty much ruined it as each would of been in different groups of care during the time. We could of lost 10 from one group and 39 from the other making any statistics irrelevant. The next 6 months may actually show a higher response rate if all the patients stay in the trial. It's quite unfair to count the withdrawals as non-responders due to the lack of data.
