RM telling everyone that he's expecting 100k treatments per month from start of 2021 is not the same when he says it in November 2020, January 2021, or when he is silent about it in April 2021. Don't think HT will have much effect. Regulators have already outlined the requirements that we have to meet - that's why we are doing P3. HT won't tick it. RM himself said it was as much the proof of concept for the delivery method, as it is for data collection. No manufacturing update - something that the company's been struggling for a year already... If HT is bad, we'll suffer, but if it's good, I don't think we'll feel the benefits.
Activ-2 solves all the problems, including the dreaded manufacturing, but if that goes tits up, I hope your average is well below £1.

Doc, the way I see it, we are entering the pure gambling territory with SNG now, with a very questionable risk/return ratio.
I'd never advise anyone to go all in, regardless of how good the company looks, and as you might have figured out, my doubts about sng are growing every day. Think about diversifying.

Vax is not the problem Har - we knew all this 5 months ago. The problem is that the company's currently at a stage it should have been in December. It's p.ss poor practice to raise cash on the promise of quick effective P3 and manufacturing scale-up and have little to show for it 5 months down the line (and have no explanation as to why this crippling delay has happened). It's p.ss poor to be going it alone back in Sept, but let's give RM some benefit of doubt and assume there was nothing he could have done about it.
If SNG is brought to the market in late Q4 2021, what will be the market value? Forget about pie in the sky £2k. Same goes for T/O - if this gets bought, it will be for a fraction of its true value.

A friend just caught covid despite having had 1 shot of Astra. So it's no kryptonite.
But the big problem here is the complete lack of progress of SNG since July last year. P3 now starting to look like a write-off and our only hope is on Activ, with nothing known about its progress to date or the business terms that Uncle Sam will be willing to accept (and no, they won't just buy us for £50 per share). I reckon, 4 bags is the most we can hope for this year in our wildest dreams and that will need quite a few stars to align. Most likely, 2-3 bags IF there's any positive results coming out of ht/activ. RM has truly f.cked this up. A goose that lays golden eggs is no use if you don't feed the f.cker for 8 months.
And we haven't saved a single life outside of 2.5 very small trials so far, so the brains in the company must be chuffed with their "invention". But hey, who cares about all of this - they got their names published in the Lancet!

We are paying parexel a feckload of cash to run this in an efficient manner (and we took a massive dilution to fund it). It's been 3 and a half months since we got cleared by the FDA and parts of the trial still have not started. wtf. RM himself said "It's critical that the trial is completed asap".
Also no update re manufacturing.

I hate to say this, but I regret not selling half my holding at 190 a few weeks ago. Got too excited about Activ which ain't going nowhere in the meantime.
