Who gives a f.ck about the accounts? Honestly? The only thing that matters is sales and cash. Looking at last year end position won't mean much when the main concern is the 2021 sales figures. Good 21 sales will offset any dhsc claw-backs (if any) and pave the way for future earnings forecast.

sd, don't want to p.ss in your punch, but as far as insider dealing goes, not only are you not allowed to trade while in possession of insider info, you are also not supposed to appear as if you're trading with insider information. Buying now will be questionable from insider trading pov, even if legal (probably not, as directors are currently in the know about the highly sensitive commercial dispute), albeit very good for boosting sentiment.

On a serious note, why bother f.cking with year end provision when you can wait a couple weeks with results publication and avoid all the accounting pita. Good RNS to calm the market down.

Do companies even have to publish half-year results, unless they have something negative to report? Something must be fishy here if they are publishing half-year results. That's not right.

try2 - I've asked this a while ago and got no replies - what are the chances of ncyt supplying cheaper kits in Q1, when the old contract has ended, but we were still supplying the gov out of the old contract? This way as far as my [extremely limited] legal understanding goes, the gov might have claimed that ncyt has implicitly agreed to the old contract extension and breached the favourable customer clause.

There is, however, always a risk of catching the falling knife, particularly when IIs get insider info before PI Joe, and sell into the misinformed PI base. Then bad news become public and PIs are screwed. It won't be AIM if that sort of sh.t wasn't happening every week.
