I could see at least three possibilities for pipeline development in addition to Gen 2 PDCs and Gen 3 AffDCs.

1. Some sort of diagnostic that would be used to assess and monitor patients for and during pre|CISION treatment respectively. The reason this would be useful is because the current systems are awkward, clumsy and tedious - the method developed with SOFIE to assess suitability and the following of excreted drug to assess actual dose given (cleaved) for the maximum lifetime cumulative dose calculation.

2. Using Avacta's FAP receptor and drug design knowledge to design non-oncology therapeutics, e.g. antifibrotics or antiinflammatories, licensed out for other companies to develop and market.

3. Using pre|CISION to develop ADCs (mAb targetting and FAP cleavage) as contract work for pharmas with existing ADCs coming off patent, eg. Enhertu.

Those last two would be very lucrative for Avacta.

This is good news, but written as a subjective promotion. I wonder how the MHRA compares now with the FDA and EMA.

Also, whilst it doesn't affect the world now, I can foresee a time in the not too distant future when the detailed expert (human) reviews are done away with not only because AI will be doing them but also, tellingly, because there just won't be enough, or any, experts around to do them. Are you serious? I don't know whether that partnership with SOPHIE (to check individual patients for FAP) is still active as the partnership with Tempus AI (to correlate cancers with FAP levels) was announced on 21 October 2024.

One point: is the AVA6103 human tumour animal model really from a top 1-resistant tumour? I missed that in the presentation but if true the complete remission is an even more remarkable result.
