Dear sir Or Madam Regarding Travelzest PLC I am a shareholder and would like to raise a few questions regarding the administration of this company. Itravel2000 and the cruise professionals is an ongoing business making millions of canadian dollars on a daily basis and has been doing for several years. The fimanncial records of 2012 has been downloaded by many shareholders and is available on the travelzest website. Shareholders were told in emails by the company that a takeover was imminent leading shareholders to believe that the debts would be reduced and the company would continue. The same owners of the new company aldenham canada are elleway aquistions and the non exec directors are helping with the transistion the press is full of these stories both here and in canada according to dominic walsh of the times newspaper said that aldenham canada were in cahoots with tvz directors and he wrote a story last week saying he was told sunwing travel were taking over travelzest. Would like to know what amount of cash was in the tills and credit card receipts prior to the collapse what money is on hand can any money be clawed back from pensions and bonuses have they prebooked flight tickets to canada do they have company credit cards company vehicles and expense accounts have they all stopped? Why was Travelzest closed up in Toronto court and not in a London court? Is there any money coming back from the TICO [abta equilivant?] Are they allowed to use company money to pay your fee for administration before collapse? If you have any contact information regarding the new company aldeanham canada we the shareholders would like to know asap.Thank you for your time Mrs Christine

A couple of hours later came the announcement that, subject to approval by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Aldenham Canada Acquisition Corporation (Aldenham Canada) had entered into a sale agreement to acquire itravel2000 (essentially Travelzest's only remaining asset) as "a strategic, long-term investment in the growing online travel industry." The release says "Aldenham Canada is a privately-held, Canadian incorporated investment company focused on building long-term investments in the online travel sector." It does not identify any of those investments.
