With regards to selling the company in one of the interviews Colin is asked would you sell the company and he defiantly say yes without hesitation. So I certainly think this could be on the cards in the future .

Its painful at the moment because we were so used to positive updates every few weeks last year but fingers crossed new will flow again from next week and we can move onwards and upwards.

have we not got an update on the proposed acquisition of non operated production assets at the Winiston Basin due any time that should have happened in December but was delayed because of Covid. Along with 1/4 4 production updates.

All this and the CPR should move things on.

I think Colin will then do a big push on the US market which could again be a game changer.

I will answer you second question first . Where did I say I wasn’t invested. I brought back in at .68 just over 2.6m shares. So unlike Chris2 I do feel I have the right to put my thought forward.

With regards to why I held 12m shares. In 2020 there was a whole different feeling to this share racing up to 3p then it slowly drifted down I watched my 90k plus gain fall back and stupidly held on thinking like many more here it would turn the opportunity was to great. Then the placing came and again it drifted I then began to slowly sell down until at .87 my original by in I sold out. With no loss. I had great concerns of lack of Directors investment which I believe shows the BOD have the same vested interest as the share holders that only happened towards the end of 2021 when Bill brought in. I will invest no more until I see clear direction and a time line. The sentiment in this share is extremely low and you have to ask yourself why. I hope for all that it dose turn round.

You comment it’s a gamble and yes your right but there are ways on improving the odds which I don’t believe ufo are doing.

Firstly just because of what I do, I know what I think companies with a clear direction should have and that’s a plan. I also worked bloody hard to get there.

With regards to spinning plates just think about the scenario. You can’t keep all the plates spinning.

One thing I will say for Max I know of no one who knows the working and issued notices of UFO than Max. I sold everyone of the 12m I held when it’s started to drop and lost nothing beceause of when I brought in originally. There are many here who brought above a 1p and are now well down. I believe these people will sell out if and when it goes back above it I believe. When I came back in at .68 I didn’t think it would drop lower yet here we are again lower.

Don’t just give me lists of RNS,s with statements that’s exactly what have given this share a downward spiral.

Show me a clear plan with dates not statements, statements are hot air.

When is the drilling going to be complete DATE
When will the testing be complete, don’t keep telling me the labs are busy.

If there is a clear path to production set it out. Show me the time line.

I work for an extremely profitable privately owned company. We set goals and set 3 year and 5 year plans yes due to Brexit and covid we have had to reset and re-evaluate but it is possible and I’m not saying the above to say look at me. Im the big I am .I’m trying to explain why I believe there needs to be a plan and the success it can bring.

What I don’t see with UFO is a clear plan and I don’t believe anyone on the board can show me one.

There is a massive opportunity here and I don’t believe we are doing all we can to reap the benefits. We have a known resource that is growing through further drilling. Why not Mine it and use it. Then look and funding the rest you would pay the capes off in no time.

I am slightly baffled by your last paragraph. Quote.

How do you think business work when predicting 3 and 5 year plans.

You have to factor in those fluctuations . If you worked like that you would never do anything.

What do we think will happen with iron ore over the next 2 year. Well my prediction is due to the pandemic Governments and companies will be driving production to lower inflation so the demand for iron will increase so I don’t really see it dropping. Yes china will play but eventually it will rise supply and demand being the catalyst. I also think the energy sector with regards to gas and duel will increase during this time.

If that’s the case then set out a clear plan to the market and dates when key mile stones can be achieved. If they did this and started to work towards that clear goal this would not be in the red but until they do it will. It’s not bloody rocket science.

Firstly let’s set some clear direction what are we doing, when are we doing it.

Then when we have decided that set out clear defined tasks and periods. The markets are not stupid they will know if it’s an easy tick the box and not thank you for it. Like an RNS that means nothing.

UFO have to many possible revenue schemes around the world. So why not for now just work on Australia. Working mainly of the DSO and EH in the back ground EH needs silver to keep rising to make it more and more profitable. So when the DSO them starts paying back and that could be in less than 18 months you have revenue to push on EH and if silver has risen money to go flat out Mexico.

From these you can clearly set dates. For the DSO this is more defined and easily accessible than anything else break it down you could have a money steam in less than 18 months that’s the only thing that will alter this SP in my opinion.

What this company needs to do is set some bloody clear directives and dates so it can me be KPI’d against. The the Market will then see a clear direction and when the dates and results achieved it will result in a positive directional move, but NO we are spinning bloody plates everywhere. Max can I just pick you up on a couple of issues I have with some of the posts and comments you have mad. You say EH is the quickest way to generate money for UFO. These comments totally astounded me.

Firstly they will have to continually pump it to keep it dry. There will be a load of health and safety issues to overcome. They will also have to install some kind of conveyor system to get the silver out the mine. All which will cost millions. Millions UFO don’t have.

With regards to Mexico I do not believe the licenses will make any difference it will again be many many months of drilling and testing before any results are known and again costing money with no return.

I have said many times DSO find a buyer/ end user agree an upfront payment and use this to finance the excavation and transport. Just like Fenix did with no cost outlay to UFO.

The one thing I think it shows is the total lack of sentiment in UFO, RNS after RNS have failed to improve the SP. I do not believe that the EH results or the Mexico licences will have any real effect on this SP, I think the out look is very level with regards to the SP.
I'm not going to witter on I just think all efforts should have been put into the Han**** to get DSO up and running. There would then be an income stream to feed everything else.

Guys last post for this year.

Well it’s been another strange year lots of shares have not performed how people predicted but has we go into 2022, My personal opinion is we will move on from covid and the world with open up bring optimism to the markets.

There as been lots of bitterness on the board and Personel attacks that really should have been thought about before posting, but it’s to late to change those now so let’s just think before we post let’s think what we say not say what we think.

I wish you all luck and hope we all make a profit in 2022.
