I commented last week that sentiment in UFO looked like it had started to return with the sp staying firm when others were dropping. Todays 2 RNS have only installed more faith, again when you look across the markets today you will see more red than blue. The 2nd RNS was extremely pleasing reading the next 6/12 months will be pivotal and people need to hold firm but never be affairs to take profit. Set your goals be realistic and DYOR. I have been critical in the past of what UFO were doing but I’m happy to be proved wrong. I hold more now than previously and was extremely lucky to get back in substantially at .55. I notice our little friends have not been about for a number of weeks which is nice and the board as a much more pleasant fell about it. Buckle up because there will be bumps along the way but the reward will be worth it in my opinion.

Hi guys not had chance to post this week been here there and everywhere but just wanted to reflect on the week. Let’s face it the last week have been a blood bath on the markets with most companies SP being hit with a so called Market realignment yet UFO has stayed quite resilient yes it dropped but then gained back compared to many. Who have fallen day on day.
So what does that tell us ? Well what it tells me is that some sentiment has come back to UFO and I think the coming months will work out for all . Don’t get me wrong I’m sure along the way there will be dips but overall I think we are in a good place going forward.

750k x $160 is $120M turn over Less the $60 production cost leaves a cool $75m profit. All looking good just need to prove it up to 20/30M tons of DSO and you have a $250m company. Where does that put the sp.

Uk there nothing wrong in taking profit to me there is a golden rule set your targets when it reaches them take it people earlier quoted EUA theirs was a gold find totally different to DSO and can have that affect I remember watching OMI at 5p start rising and thought nah will hold on until I get to work by the 11/2 hours later it was 12 p and I thought oh shxt missed the boat by the end of the day 17.5p then rose to 40p then crashed to 10p .

Gold is so much different to the DSO you need a plant and a mine which can cost millions to set up. DSO dig it crush it ship it. If they can prove up Han**** to 20/30 million tons who knows we’re it could go but I’m happy to be here.

So with the closing of the stock market on Wednesday what do we expect going into a new week. Lots more people have become aware of UFO following the RNS on Wednesday and the following news/article releases.

Do we expect more growth on the SP ( which would be nice ) more news to be released from Mexico or EH.

I would like to see a nice climb now to back over 1p but expect some sell off once ir dose from the people who were caught by the drop and will just think they are glad to get their money back and not be prepared for the ride we all hope is coming.

Exciting times But DYOR, HH nice words of advice always very measured.

Newcomers to the board please do your own research take no notice of the negativity spued out by people on here read the RNS then read it again. It clearly states what is planned. The model ufo are following was done by a called Fenix look them up read their business model.

People are paid to post negative post to set your mind running to make you doubt yourself. I’m not going to name them you will see and read their posts some who have never posted ! Really.

Yes it is easy to get carried away but look at the facts DYOR.

If mining is to commence the off take agreement looks like it needs to be in place by the end of the next 1/4 so that work can commence on the haulage road and setting up the plant for early 2023. We should also see who the funder /buyer is to fund the the works .

The Company is currently continuing discussions with several interested potential offtake partners to support the development of the Han**** Project, including options for funding to support the path to production and guaranteed purchase of the product for a set period.

Looks like we have a potential buyer .looking more and more like the Fenix model . No cash out lay needed buyer will fund upfront. Love it.

Norm have to agree but think the Brockman will be a JV it really is in th E middle of no where and the big boys surround it. Just have to box clever because the JV would need a mining date or they could leave it for ages but I’m sure the guys know that or just sell it on take a massive cheque pay out a nice dividend to the holders lol.

Morning g guys nice RNS update this morning hence the new company presentation. I was thinking out side the box a little yesterday and came to the conclusion things must be well progressed with the 3rd party regarding the DSO shipping and mining because if we are looking at bucket in the ground for 1/4 one of 2023 they would have to start work on the haul road prior to this.

I see the following Han**** phase 4 drilling takes place results 1/4 3 then announcement 1/4 4 regarding the partnering agreement and future buyer ( this will give a major positive ti the SP) along with all the licences being approved. commencement of haul road works late 1/4 then bucket in the ground beginning of 1/4 2 or end of 1/4 1 . Just my thoughts not a ramp just how I see things progressing in the next 12 months.

Not going to argue you with you Chris you called the drop a long time back and I don't totally disagree with all your comments you are just at the extreme negative end and only come out when the share drops. Maxs is at the other end of the spectrum and only see's positives which is not always the way to look at things but I know he knows more about UFO if any body needs to know anything and I fully respect him for that.

The one thing I do know for sure is when this dose move you like a puddle in the sun with disappear into the either only to return when it rains.
