Guys just as a tester I did a Dummy 10m sell on HL and got an offer. That tells me one thing Somebody wants them. Ive never been able to get a quote on that amount before.

EWT98 I expect Hanc0ck EMR (estimated maiden resource) to increase to beyond 20 million tons in the short term and more on further drilling based on current information.

With Brockman I have always maintained it will be a JV with Rio due to the fact we cannot access it unless we use their roads and cross their land so it’s kind of land locked but they do have the infrastructure in place to move it.

We should still drill it to come up with some kind of EMR before we negotiate then we have a stronger hand. All in my opinion of course.

Still very interested to see what the new man has to say and his direction and timings for the company.

The lead in to year end should be very interesting.

I’ve just been looking at the buys and seeks to day with a bid price of .55 and an ask price of .70 why would you sell with such a spread. It screams to me don’t sell lol

Bish I’ve been watching the spread all week it been ridiculous at time’s.
Always makes you wonder what’s going on you only have to look at the sell price to the buy price to know things just don’t add up in my eyes.

5x5those options are linked to him being ceo and not acting ceo or Director . He would have lost those immediately he stood down or was pushed down. So apart from what he hold which is very few compared to some of us.

I would like to see more Director by ins it shows they have faith in the company. Let’s see if the new man buys any.

Hi 5x5 yes for sure could have cashed out well up but we learn I still think GGP will still grow. One thing for sure is our Mexico duster didn’t do a scallywag which ripped the life out of GGP when it shouldn’t have because it was not linked to Haverion.
I’m interested to see what the new man as to say and the direction of the company. Bill will loose every bit of respect if the bucket in the ground 1/4 one is not achieved.

Hang on Max you cannot even begin to compare muni muni with GGP and Haverion and Newcrest the major difference being Newcrest had a fully operational gold mine that was coming to the end of its life 40klm away called Telfer which is so big it has its own airstrip. So let’s just keep it real.

If they can come up with a JV exploration deal with who ever great that will be very positive but a Haverion and Telfer it is not.

Steveiom totally agree I bet if you look 12 months or more back Miller and I were saying about being to spread and spending money in areas that would take millions to produce like Mexico and we should be driving to get Hanc0ck into production bring revenue in that would then allow us to work up these other areas.

I also think and have said so recently that with any revenue from Hanc0ck we should buy our own drill rig. Loads to drilling still to do at Han****,Brockman , vivas and muni muni in the future. Also don’t think you would have trouble selling it late. Just my thoughts but thanks for the reply.

This is something I have always thought due to us having to cross their land and use their roads to even access our land. I just see us having to prove it up to a point.

With regards to Hanc0ck surely if we are looking for bucket in the ground things must be well progressing due to the fact we have to construct a haul road . Hopefully we are following the Fenix route and are talking to buyers to generate an upfront cash advance.

Given the reaction from the market today they must view the changes as positive news.

Hopefully an interview next week with the new man setting out his directions for the company.

Be interesting to get his thoughts on a full portfolio review.

Let’s hope he backs up Bills views regarding Hanc0ck and shovel in the ground.

Morning Guys

I'm still here happened to have been away for a few days with the business.

Well yesterday was a little bit of a surprise but I can understand the thinking behind it.

I think Bill had done and ok job his presentation skills had greatly improved but I dont think he always felt comfortable. I think he had probably done all he could but it now needed someone away from the caol face to take control and look at the business more strategically.

I have my own thought on what might happen which are think are as follows.

We will not spend any more money in Mexico at present and Id probably stand down all the staff there harsh I know but need to cut overhead spend. I also question why we need 2 very experienced geologists in Aus yes again harsh but have to cut over head it business and Iceland well who knows but it will just be moth balled or sold.

I think we will now concentrate on Han**** because of the known resource and the world wide need for the material. I hope we are still targeting 1/4 one of 2023 be intresting to here the new guys thoughts. I also still stink there is a deal to be done with Rio at Brockman in a JV.

Once these produces an income that will give funds to explore muni muni and really prove up what is there.

EH I think will just tick along it will all rest on the silver price on how fast we develop it.

For me its DSO all the way I know Miller and I have said way way back that this was the way to go.

I think carry on drilling at HAnc0ck and grow the maid resource to 20 million plus .

Market have bounced back this morning which is nice to see interesting times with it all still to play for. Haven't sold any infect I was thinking I needed to buy more LOL.

Hi Max yes I watched this several times can easily see Hanc0ck being lifted to 30M tons in time.

This is also where I kind of picked up The Rhio connection Bill kind of dropped in in saying access was over their land and roads for Brockman.

There only one company developing Brockman and that’s Rhio and it’s a very simple reason.

You cannot access it without crossing their land and using using their roads. So no deal no access I thinks it’s like a ransom strip. I’m not worried why not team up with them and let them do all the work. For 25% of the profit.
You may say 25% no way but remember no deal no access.
Just my thoughts.

On a totally different note I listened Twice to Bills answers to the questioned raised at the investors form the other night and was a little taken back regardIng his licenses answer for Han****.

First thing that jumped into my head was Bill you said bucket in the ground first 1/4 2023 do not go back on this quote. A CEO is only has good as his word if you have said 1st 1/4 2023 make it happen no matter what.

Dipp fantastic wok again setting it out all clearly, I’ve been at a conference all day so just catching up.

One thing that jumps out and me and I think would make a great investment with the first monies from Hanc0ck is buy a drilling rig. We have so much to dill it would be madness not to also I think you would sell it no problem in the future.

From reading the Brockman I see a JV has a no brainer once it’s proven up. You may ask why but if you read Dipps notes you cannot access it unless you go over Rhios or BHPs roads so they wil have a big say in it, but I have no issues with that.
