I think the MCAP has to go to to between £60 & £90m - given how close production is this is a unique situation for a mining explorer / junior.

With no barriers to drawdown and only £7m Capex needed, oncethis RNS drops, it fundamentelly tells us barring machinery breakdowns there is nothing else to stop us being a $40m profit revenue producer for the next 7.5 years before we move t0 $300m in Phase 2

0.35 + once this drops. no one will see the 0.2s a couple of days after this fiance hits.

I agree golden, anyone who is already invested in any of Colins stables and certainly anyone who has made 20 x their return on KEN, will certainly be looking at this to multiply their profits further.

Cant argue too much with that and listening to him again on the Sunday roast today, I hope he silences us all. His Stable of companies and lciense are incredible and he haas kept them all going long enough.

The work he has done in the background and lead up to getting this finance in place has been first class, i maybe shouldnt of thrown the whole 'kitchen sink' at this and maybe I would be more patinet.

But i do believe in this project andh ow its developed so barring natural frustration on waiting, I am inlined to believe he and the team will bring it home.

My one caveat, is Bezant a primed to be a big fish with what phase 2 and the wider extensions could like like so focus to bring phase one and credible produciotn will take alot of focus.

Howezap that is an even worse scenario, if Colin is letting a project and company as good BZT prospects sit second fiddle to KEN or any other of his businesses he needs to step back abd let others manage it.

If he is pushing back BZT progress to focus on KEN, he needs to hand the riens to someone else to maximise our project

I have tried to calculate the financier wanting some of this Prickly but can't workout how much we would give away? 1, 2 even 3 billion shares?

Thats 14% off current Shares, lot to give away and worth over $3million

So I can imagine us being diluted at this stage much or wanting to be.

I think it will be quite clean, hopefully avoiding too many drawdown or stages.

If it is a trader they will already be making many millions with the discount price they will get the copper for.

But cyber is right with Colin and this very likely he is distracted else where and gets lost around his other shares.

RNS from 30th March showed

the financier has completed their technical and financial due diligence in relation to providing a US$7M financing facility for the Hope & Gorob project and we are now in the advanced stages.

Colin said 'coming weeks' that was 6 weeks ago, not quite sure from our side we needed another 6 weeks to go thanks!

But as lucky pointed out, I think the 15th May is a key component, it could be say waiting to be released as soon as payment for additional 20% has come through.

Tomorrow and Monday are going to be very exciting, like Christmas!

@Lucky520 that is actually a very valid point and observsation, one that i overlooked. A finance partnered would want the ink dried on ownership before signing off the cash for the project.

That actually aligns with why everything else is aligning and progressign and we still dont have it.
