That will be an option down the line but in my opinion as its something I have consdiered alot.

Bezant will need steady production solid returns for at least a year if not 2, at which some eyes may look at hte wider project. AFP still needs to shore up its resource and drilling, therefore i envisage at least 2 set of placing and some heavy dilution before that day, so i wont be putting any money there yet, but in the future it would make alot of sense to turn this into a Long life Tier 2 POSSIBLY.

Same - adjusting from this - only going to trim a little on Finance RNS and keeping the Majority for the Run, this is a very RARE investment, so glad I doubled down over the last year! Im riding htis into the bigger UPSIDE.

Strong Buying today, some big numbers being thown in £18K and £5Ks. Positive signs abd fair play at these prices its a great entry point.

Another 200m Volume today and £100k bought roughly.

From researching wider placings, the discount looks completely standard across AIM placing and with the warrants only being exercisable at a much higher price, shows the ocnfidence in upside, and I thought the placing could of been more with the added 20% acquisition. But each to their own, it hasnt given me any cause for concern at all, but then again maybe I am being overly optimistic.

We were trading at between 0.7 and 0.8 as part of a drift last week before we got the great update RNS and the expected bridge placing RNS.

All dips under have been hoovered up (huge positive indicator) and we are sat back at 0.7 with I imagine a steady uptick to 0.9/0.10 over the next couple of weeks. Before the BIG ONE lands

No more steps / no more barriers - just a waiting game now.

Fair enough point, its something to think about after the funding package, lets just all getinto the blue and then decide if its worth sticking around to multiply more....

Pj's and howezap, I had that initial though then Irish pushed back, and looking into it, I dont the the global commodity trader wants a peice of the business, so not expecting any dilution.

They will be getting exceptional discount rate on the copper and gold thats their peice of the company so no further dilution.

As for other directors everyone has their peice of this pie now and we have to remember another 8billion waters down the directors and bird too.

Not saying ever but barring an unplanned delay into production I genuinely dont think we will need another one for a while, but this is AIM and mining 😂

ive watched it closely today and to see over 600m absorbed and the price to hold like it has on a day or a 3b placing shows the market reaction to the wider project and belief the market has in the production.

I cannot wait ot see the volume and 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀 this hits on funding day, when production is firmed up and everyone piles in for the ride to full operations.

Good to see the Market take note and if you have just arrived and got in at the is price then very very well done 👏👏👏

1p per hare not pound but yes, if we are all on the same maths that post finance this sits between 0.25 and 0.4 that is already an mcap of £50m - £70m.

production goes ahead - 0.6 = £120m

concentrate sell, processing plant etc - create right numbers and out put npv simialar =0.7/0.8p =£150 - £160m

2 years of mine running - new asays /drilling with profits

- further open mine in extended area

- increased npv

- underground starts to be discussed - further exploring on wider license areas

- possibility of merging / buying neighbouring afp with profit

- jv or sale after suring up results off wider region

lots of ifs but not too unrealistic - especially if we find further area toextend the life of the mining area and a bigger player comes in.

i certainly see this in 3 - 5 years at 1p plus

We all must off expected placing surely, it has to be done for a project like this, the fact 70% is covered by a Global commodity trader is incredible.

150m volume and over 100K spent so far today - fantastic response and glad we have all backed a winner here.

The opportunity to 'stuff your pockets is being greedily taken up, makes me excited for the Institutions who are waiting to enter at finance, if this is the response from retail.

Overall we had to swallow a little to get the 20% but as has been said for the longer term project it is well worth it, especially if we open underground or wider open mine pits.

Mafic - I was one of those unfortunately 😂 got 5 million at 0.77 but I am still veery happy with that, this will hit into the 0.3s on the day and settly around mid 0.2s so still very much a good acquisition for the return in a couple of days / weeks.

Pj - they will be some more dilution but i dont htink it will be more than a couple of % which is exactly what is should be to release CAPEX - everyone want a peice of the money pie, including us! IT what coems with the territory, it wont be as much as this.

My only asterix with this release is that it slips the time frame for the BIG ONE slightly. After yesterday, I thought 2 weeks max, now I am thinking if they have sent them seperately its a few weeks away, maybe 4 or 5.

As expected, they would need the bridging finance in place before the funding.

£2million is not a big raise and the fact it was over subscribed and both Colin and the FD both bought more (but at a nice cheeky discount) they were always going to make the most money.

I thought between 10 and 15% and they have hit that so someone will tell me i shouldnt be but I am happy and another step removed, NEXT ONE IS THE BIG FUNDING!!!!!

Was always going to be part of a deal to get a fully funded mine up and running in the next few months with a £40m NPV.

@Englishwonderer I meant froM other shares, not this one, although if some are down from LTH then I hope they can make most if not all back and more.

Someone mentioned this on the EUA to me about 6 years ago followed my own research and nose, initially invested 3K @0.27 (that was based of mankayan at the time)

Did not thank them for a long time but started adding last summer and lets just say its a very nice Blue pot as we stand so always worth considering, I have no problem with people mentioning shares, I will always go off my own findings anyway.
