Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
They don't say much but when they do it's meaningful, good summation of the companies position. No doubt we will have the usual HokeyCikey traders , in out, in out, for the next few days and the mms shaking the tree, as I said previously, hold until debt refinancing to gain maximum benefit, 12 mths.
That Aqua Marina was fit, even with strings attached.
Ffs, you're not going to tell us its made of cheese are you, it wouldn't surprise me if you did.
I'm holding for 12mths, get the bond restructure out of the way and this will zoom, wonder if the fact that the company is a UK company and not a Russian company will help with the refinancing. I appreciate that we normally raise funds in Russia but there are plenty of other places to raise money. Just need to keep an eye on the short position nearer the time, if it increases substantially then there could be probs. Last time there were problems with refinancing bond for PH the short positions went through the roof, hopefully that won't happen again and we will refinance early.
Back on your box again I see, I thought we agreed that if he was going to do anything like that he would have swept it up at 1p not 3p, you just can't give it up can you or is he and his mates going to wait until it gets to 10p before making a move.
Finally finished just in the blue, great turnaround from this morning, hopefully the start of something to build on.
Just purchased a further 130k at av 2.23p, hopefully a wise decision and not the gambling of a fool.
Can someone please explain to me how a company that is profitable can be valueless, my view is that if the shares stop trading, heaven forbid, then, like musical chairs, the people left holding shares they cannot sell are the owners of the company going forward and entitled to any profit, the company just doesn't disapear. I appreciate that at some point debt and bonds need sorting out but the bod hopefully will sort that out despite the restrictions.
Well Lawrence, with all your conspiracy theories over the past months if Strukov did want to diddle all the share holders and buy the company on the cheap and take it private now is the time. I hope you are wrong and if you are wrong I hope that if this steadies and eventually moves forward you will drop the conspiracy theories for more positive comments into the future. By the way, not having a go at you, just passing a comment.
The share trading page is a sea of blue but still the price slides.
Don't care if it's a tripple twist with tuck from the hgh board as long as it stops this continuous decline, at this rate I'm nipping down the bank and asking for an overdraft to buy me a gold mine in Russia.
Well that didn't last long, red again. Wonder if the bod consider a share consolidation 1:20 say, to enable a small dividend to be paid a lesser number of shares in an attempt to raise the price back up at some point in the future, if we have a future.
Thought I had gone colour blind when I saw blue, but it needs to hold. I suppose they will need to tweek the 'Strategy Day' presentation now, guess it's cancelled now, my other concern is that once this settles there will be 'ethical' investers who will want nothing to do with Russia who will sell into any rise delaying any recovery. Also if we have dropped out of the ftse 250 then institutional investers will not be keen to pick-up the pieces.
Looks like Pog will drop out of the ftse 250, hope that doesn't mean some institutional investors need to sell up to comply with there internal investment policies.
The £1m ut trade was posted on the share trades on this site, it has now moved off due to the number of additional trades since, mainly buys.
Does that mean they expect a rises tomorrow when they can off load there cheap stock at a bigger profit.
The 4p was a UT trade, an auction trade, for £1m, slowly climbing back up now.
I think the BOD should clarify the following questions;
i) Are we still producing at the mines at the normal rate.
ii) Are we still in the position of being able to process the gold in Switzerland, if that is where we do process it.
iii) If we can process it, can we then sell it into the market and be paid in $'s.
iv) If the answer to iii) is no, then how much free cash do we have to continue the process of mining and storing the refined ore and how long can we last as I don't see us in a position of getting a loan unless the goverrnment looks favourably on us to continue emploing the locals or someone with money takes us over.
v) what contingency plans do they have.
Institutional holders wouldn't sell at this price, let's not forget, this is a viable company once 'Vlad the mad' is back in his box.
Looks like these are for the bottom draw for a few months before coming back to them.
