Quite possible this is the dip to buy. News on new investments is only going to accelerate now imo, and looking at their previous investments they don’t fit the model any longer, sale for cash coming?

Think that form is for tax exemption for foreign entities, so yes sounds about right.

To be honest if any IPO like Beyond Meat, just buy on open market!

That’s a bit of a blinkered outlook. This is an investment company, and NAV will be determined by valuations of companies they invest in. For instance, the investment this week valued new age meats at $10m at this round of funding. Once they progress, get further down the line they will likely raise more in a seed round (as do most start ups) which could value the company at $20 or $30 million depending on progress etc. So consequently ANICs holding will be written in at higher book value. .. Eventually when one of these companies gets into preparing for production they will float / IPO. Which will unlock the beast here. But my guess is by that time you’ll wish you’d bought in now.

Got to be our time soon.. still patient but tending not to look at all these days as it’s so static. Don’t really like this new LSE layout either so haven’t been around much ..

Dear god. Buying and selling a house can take 3 months for solicitors to deal with the small amount of paperwork involved.

In that time they’ve ousted the old board, dealt with all legacy issues that were left behind, went through a tricky conversion process. Assembled a new board and complete new business plan.. sorted new articles of association, and now proceeding with name change.

Give them a chance!
