The 2025 and 2030 targets were very unrealistic and suggested they didn't really understand the development process for new housing starts. I dont expect CITRA will ever become a massively profitable income stream, but it will have value in engaging future purchasers. Presumably in the long term the housing stock they own will also see capital appreciation.

no, but they haven't scaled up volume anywhere as quickly as they set targets to, so I suspect its small beans.

A shahed 136 drone has a 50 kg warhead, top speed of 115mph and a range of 1550 miles; that definitely gives it an edge over my old Mountfield. If this was intended to be a great show of strength, then its left Iran looking a bit crap. Just hope it doesn't escalate further.

fd have been excellent in my experience, but they wont offer you products from any other providers.

possibly the delay with hl is you are using them as an intermediary to access other providers products.

Yes, as I said I carried a big loss in March 2020. This came form buying a lot at much higher than 55p.

I mean in this current rally it has not convincingly broken 50p yet.

Im relieved to be comfortably in profit now and feel vindicated for doubling down on my losses in March 2020.

That left me very overweight in Lloyds as a percent of my overall holdings. Im not expecting rocket fuel on the sp and it hasn't broken 50p yet. Still, it's definitely worth acknowledging the positivity on this now; it's been a long time coming.

Coal (and the numbers of UK miners) was in long decline before Thatcher. Her achievement was to value cheaper imports above the livelihood of mining communities, with no support or transition to developing new industry and replacement employment.

I don't deny many benefitted from her, but in my experience she was a woman who provoked such division in people that even her own party had to throw her out
