To be fair it would appear amigo have settled the vast amount of these

I think there is a perfect storm brewing for tremendous upward trajectory coming
We have a proper city respected CEO starting in 3 weeks -JB approved
Who knows amigo inside and out and sat in the recent offer for the company
From a currently anonymous bidder
Low free float
And now the possibility of the breaks being out on the 1% daily sell off
A recipe for greatness in my view

1% of the company's shares are sold each day by JB the current CEO was 61%
Now circa 49%

My theory is the 1% trade is purchased by the new potential bidder
To enable a takeover or solid bid to purchase amigo you need 30% of the share s
Once 29.9% hits 30% you have to make a formal offer for the whole share capital
Of the company
If I was building a stake to do this I would buy the 1% each day as it gets me a higher percentage of the shares I need to buy the company
