One of the FCA principles is treating customers fairly -every one the same
It could perhaps be if necessary legally argued the fca need to treat the lenders
Fairly also.
If your in the business of borrowing money if all due diligence is taken then everyone is by definition treated fairly.
The fca needs to consider this and bigger ramicarions from providers of credit cards overdrafts bank facilities and credit lines
All forms of debt but also fine if your searches and procedures are watertight
