This is my understanding of market cap in relation to share price as its a valuation tool

For the sake of clarity
I read this after rainmaker and the bondholders are paid back there is positive equity of company worth as far as matomy are concerned
My take is 10-15 million dollars left over from June 2019 as it was 19 million
On accounts less cash burn and 2.5 million euros from the 46 million purchase
Price so in essence in sterling 10-12 million against current m cap of 2.5 million
So a 4-5 bagger .... So a share price of 10-12p
All thoughts on my deductions welcome as a lot of confusion surrounding
