What strikes me as very odd is the 3months handover. Is it really going to take that long for SD to get up to scratch, guess he's already 99% there. Only time I've seen praise for a successor, is if the guy leaving the post has been promoted - or moved sideways. Can't see GH becoming Chairman, but who knows, it wouldn't be classified as a promotion.
