Piedmont don’t have the money to fund the first $70m anymore. No ratification, no FID, offtaker could be shopping elsewhere, lay offs. There’s absolutely F all chance it gets ratified, they can’t agree on anything and parliament will adjourn for campaigning as soon as they’ve sorted the priorities out. I doubt we’ll be above 10p by Christmas let alone 40p.

Lack of foreign investment interest because of how they act in Parliament. It’s another case of a government that doesn’t care about its people, like our own.
