Yep, nice write up this morning and looks like the GS monkeys in the London office are hunting for more stock ahead of this afternoon !

'ITV PLC said Thursday that total revenue for its ITV Studios unit should recover to 2019 levels in 2022.

The British media broadcaster said that after 2022, it expects total organic revenue for ITV Studios to grow by at least 5% on average per year, ahead of the forecasted growth for the global content market.

The margin for the medium term is seen at 13% to 15%, reflecting the changing mix of revenue as it grows the scripted business and revenue from streamers, it said.

ITV said targets for ITV Studios over the next five years include doubling the number of high-end scripted hours to 400 and increasing the proportion of revenue from streamers to around 25%.

"We are confident that we will grow ahead of the global content market, with our total Studios revenues growing by at least 5% on average per annum over the medium term having recovered to 2019 levels in 2022," ITV Chief Executive Carolyn McCall said.'

3rd December, 2021 - ITV Studios has today announced a raft of deals for its non-scripted programming in Asia Pacific across its diverse factual and entertainment catalogue.

The record-breaking, award-winning ITV Studios format Love Island, now commissioned in over 20 territories, continues to go from strength to strength with various international series of the hit show acquired across the region.

Netflix has bought Love Island USA S3 (ITV Entertainment) to be streamed in select territories in Southeast Asia, while TFC in Japan has taken the US show’s first two seasons. 9Network in Australia and Sky New Zealand have both acquired the US’ third series and Love Island UK S7 (Lifted Entertainment) with the latter also taking Love Island Australia S3 (ITV Studios Australia). In India, Lionsgate Play has picked up Love Island UK S7 while Viacom 18 has taken the third series of the US and Australian versions.

No doubt the Times and Telegraph will get stuck into ITV before next week as they have done like clockwork before the finals, interims and the Q3

radiogent, as per your sarcastic comment on 2nd November and in response to my post earlier on the same day, you said 'Wow the mediaweek awards.. surprised not to have seen the share price shoot up for winning a media week award ??'.

So why are you so surprised that last nights showcase hasn't had any impact on the share price of ITV this morning ?

You obviously haven't worked out how ITV is being traded amongst the market makers and hence this stock is obviously not for you.

Yep exactly that Solley, I think we've all worked it out by now who are on the 'wind-up' here. Like most other chat forums and as I said previously, posts are becoming increasingly toxic and venomous and most of the time have very little to do with the subject matter and its just hate and nastiness directed to certain poster (s). Very sad, but hey ho that's the world we now live in and no wonder its in the state it is right now !

Yep definitely ditto that !

A very thick line has been drawn in the sand after Wednesdays stellar numbers and no need to worry about the games played in the market anymore. Just have a look at todays chart and the market (GS) obviously tried to take the stock down just before 15:00pm for their American friends and no sooner had they dropped the price it bounced back up after finding yet more buyers. Indeed 125p was the floor all day today !

Bring on next week and just to finish on what the Americans thought of the Q3 numbers and hence all the ADR action :-
