Whilst I share your concerns it is worth noting that the incentive has modest effect on the value of shares, due to the potential award of additional shares, and 'only' generates a significant award when the sp rises above 75p. Buyers have exceeded sellers by big margins since results announced. Assume MMs will need to 'flush out' more sellers by further price rises.

Hi! I'm grateful for your efforts which I find useful. Correspondingly I fail to understand why others 'copy and paste' London Stock Exchange RNS announcements, rather than simply post their views.

MGGT has, effectively, swapped shares for debt. Not sure that, on its own, it should make any difference to future performance.

It always surprises me when an sp reacts oddly to news. I often find that after a few days, what I expect to happen does happen. Namely in the case of TRI a very healthy rise in the sp.

After a period of change, this week's results point towards an increasingly rewarding period for shareholder: "The Group has made encouraging progress, with the improvements made in the previous year within the Energy division being maintained and the impact of the recent operational changes in the USA starting to take effect in the latter part of the year. The major contract win by Maxpower Automotive announced in December 2014 and increasing second half revenues in the USA and China are positive indications of the Group's potential to deliver organic revenue growth and shareholder value over the medium term. Whilst we anticipate our markets to remain challenging, the Board expects to make further progress through the current year."

I agree with your post. The big unknown in my calculations - which has upside potential - is the extent to which taking the Wales capacity out of the market allows remaining players, including PUR, to increase prices to customers. Have to say I feel pretty optimistic that the sp has some way to go yet.

My money is on 120p + 30p. Time will tell.

Interesting that no prospective purchaser, or at least one which the BoD was prepared to notify to shareholders, came into view during the now completed strategic review. Today's results suggest that remaining independent is a solid, sensible and profitable way forward.

Sad git or not - I count myself as one - your analysis is, from my perspective, spot on. I have shares that are doing well and ones that will do well (plus a few it's best if to talk about) with Soco firmly in the 'will do well' category.
