I write this as a shareholder. Let's not get to excited over contracts with small players; Iseland has a 2.2% share of the U.K. Grocery market so contrary to the press release is not a major player in its market. Neither is Avanti Gas exactly a Titan in its market. Hopefully RM can prove its worth by securing a contract with a major transporter.

...at the end of today's RNS, which suggests the sales decline has, possibly, started to reverse.

The placing was fully underwritten by Numis so there was no urgency. Fortunately the FSA are aware of excluded shareholders interests in such circumstances, so I'm hopeful that we will eventually get to a position where all shareholders are treated equally.

Well, I've banged the drum for Regus for some time. Now the FT has today come out in favour, based on the enormous growth potential in the number of locations that Regus could have in the next decade.

Good move today. Sadly, the placing has ignored private shareholders. The placing broker had the 'challenge' of selling shares at 1,455p which are, at the time of writing, trading at 1,519.

Pretty uninspiring with little, if anything, showing confidence for the future.

Positive report today, with increase in profit and reduction in debt. Suspect market will be nervous at indication of further possible acquisitions.

I agrre that this is a good looking long-term investment. It appears that the market doesn't like companies which deliver nasty surprises, so the best thing here will be a sustained period of focus on getting the debt down, fully integrating the various parts of the business, deliverying on the new and existing contracts, with perhaps the winning of one or more new significant contracts. I've re-run my take on the historic figures and projections and come up with an sp of 65p. That is not a recommendation to buy; just my views.

Excellent set of results issued today with every indication that the future will be equally as positive.

The added influence on the sp decline is the warrants, exerciseable at 20p by 2020, which would just about extinguish the long-term debts. Given that 20p looks a long long away, the conclusion is that the company has few short or medium-term drivers of sp increase. In an ideal world the BoD would resign, without compensation, to make way for fresh talent. Sadly we are not in an ideal world.

An uninspiring set of results today with no seeming urgency on the part of the Board to rise to the challenges and opportunities.

Based on the timing last year, there will be a trading update tomorrow. Expect one sp disappointment if it is not accompanied by news of further sales.

Based on today's announcement, and a check on backgrounds, it is pleasing to note the recruitment of two strong and capable individuals, who can each be expected to make a major contribution to the continuing success of our business.

Disappointing that the BoD blame a declining market. Would be more positive if they had explained how their sales outperformed the market decline. In the absence of such information one can only question the 'added value' which the BoD bring to the party. No doubt they will all take large cuts in their remuneration until the sp recovers (fat chance!)

O dear. A profits warning which is not, as a bitter pill, made more palatable by the potential prospect of revenue growth in the future.

Nicely positive statement issued today. Good to see a company acknowledging the uncertainty created by the UK's forthcoming referendum. Hopefully more companies will, over the coming months, articulate the risks about staying in or leaving the EU.

Excellent results with every indication that they will continue to grow in the future.
