manu17- I don't think FT is stupid enough to sell his shares. However, he might have investment with managed fund and the fund managers got inside info to short the shares. This would be very hard to prove.

SISG has taken control of our assets the day after injunction hearing. Where other places in the world this could happen. I think SISG government are in on this. SL finance minister has the nerve to come to London and meet David Lammy. We also heard from Liu = Gibrill Bangura held a meeting yesterday (04/03/2015) about the job the they will start operation by ending of April . but for the nationals we still maintain our position and salaries bases but he didn't mentioned about the Expapts. From MY21 his morning = Assuming the receiver does not act objectively and it is all a so called planned receivership with tacit knowledge of GOSL and SSIG orchestrating this in connection with certain AMI officials; you will have a cast iron case for significant financial compensation albeit after a lengthy legal battle IMHO.

My guess is, it will settle very quickly. Look how quickly LOND was sold in prepack admin. SL government want the mine to be up and running. That's why they allowed SISG to do this. Where in the world would happen, the day after injunction hearing, SISG took control. I would have thought that the court would do independent valuation and then give xx% to SISG.

Thanks Portsm. Agree that there is definitely some fishy going with AMI. LOND and AFR were/are in similar situation and shareholders were/are allowed to trade out. This is very unusual for a company to go to admin while in suspension.

It would be nice if Tewoo comes back for AMI.

If you are that impatient why didn't you actively involved in doing things such as talking to lawyers etc. AMI has been suspended for more than 3 months. Whether you are on holiday or not you can help. We have modern technology called internet. If there is a will there is a way. Don't just sit back!!!

If because of the boards corruption we as the effect group of shareholders can be deemed creditors I know a group of shareholders at Cattles were agreed to be creditors and they refused a 1p settlement and in time through administrator as creditors got 27p back per share yet at suspension shares were about 2p!!
