From Last RNS: The Company has been advised that the injunction referred to in its 27 February 2015 announcement has been extended by the Sierra Leone High Court. The injunction restrains the defendants (Tonkolili Iron Ore (SL) Ltd, African Railway & Port Services (SL) Ltd, African Power (SL) Ltd, AML and Frank Timis) from unilaterally taking any steps that will lead to the dissolution, liquidation, winding up or placing into administration of any of the defendant companies. The injunction continues until the hearing and determination of intended or proposed arbitration proceedings. The Company is not aware of the commencement of such proceedings. The Company does not consider this injunction is capable of preventing AML from entering administration. ========================================================== Anyone from SL if you know of the proceedings hearing date, please tell us.

Nicki- you are right about IO price etc. However, AMI shares were suspended from trading without giving proper reasons. Now it has gone into admin. Shareholders are not given opportunities to trade out of it. So there is some sort of illegal background things went on with this share.

Piltick- I can't register there for some reasons. Any idea?

In our case, we will take advice to see whether we are eligible to get compensation not only from directors but also from Brokers, SISG and SL government too.

I'm hoping that SISG comes to their senses and make an offer or Tewoo another Chinese takeover this week. The problem will be when the company delist on 6th April, we will not hear any more news what's going on.

The day LOND announced they went into admin, they also announced broker resignation. In the same RNS they also mentioned who was appointed as administrator. Why didn't AMI tell us on Friday, who are the administrators, in the RNS?

Agree, whether if you have 100k shares or 10k shares, charges for initial fees will be the same. If the lawyer said we have a case then, you send your details, name, contact details, number of shares, broker names etc yourself to them. They will charge you according to number of your holdings.

we have email proof that G Bangura has been making a deal with SISG behind AW. His deal with SISG caused the breakdown of communication between AW and SISG, hence led to this admin. I think we also need to take action against GB.

Portsm - Grant has to deal with over 200 emails etc. I was thinking, once we have chosen the lawyer, all shareholders should contact the lawyer directly, saying who we are etc. and if necessary make some initial retainer payment.?
