I would assume that if AML can find $167M to pay back SISG then SISG may entitle to xx% of AML. The things is, Crooks in SL law didn't give the proceedings date yet.

It was PXF payment over due for 2 months I think. If SISG wants 75% then they now have to buy or bid with others when administrators appointed.

The reason AML went to admin could be forcing SISG to settle before administrators are appointed?

SISG has taken control of assets and doesn't own it so I don't think they can sell the assets to anyone. Unless GOV of SL and SISG are doing dirty tricks.

I think SISG are the real evil people here. If they have any decency, they would have made an offer to AML and be done with it as surely AML assets are worth more than $1.5bn. They wanted to paint different pictures of what's really going on so they asked someone to call Grant. Very cheeky. I have email, opposition party in SL and told them what's happening with AML. No doubt, they will be keeping an eye on people involved.

I think, because of injunction on assets, administrators can't be appointed yet. If you appoint them now, what are they going to do?
