I should also have mentioned that in addition to the 2 directors buys of 250.000 each, the CEO NC also took an additional 658,745 in the 10p placing bringing his holding to 2,715,120. The major shareholders are now as follows: Marilyn Cole - 3,255,212 - 17.33% Neil Crabb - 2,715,120 - 14.45% Hargreave Hale Ltd - 1,505,000 - 11.53% Michael Steel Brennand - 1,203,443 - 6.41% Sigma - ??? - 5.90% Kevin Richmond - 750,000 - 3.99% David Cairns - 620,000 - 3.30% It is rare to get 3 directors buys in a small company in such a short space of time, the last time I saw this was in February with Coms which got me investing and look where their SP has gone. 2 years ago Arbuthnot had a 200p target price for FIPP so it could be a nice little recovery play.

This is only the 4th post on FIPP in over 2 years but the 2nd post on consecutive days so you could say that at present it is not on the radar of most PI's. The 2 director buys yesterday got me doing some research on the CEO Neil Crabb reading all the recent RNS's. NC co-founded Sigma Capital Group plc and has considerable experience as an investor and director of a wide range of technology and university spin-out companies. He was previously an investment manager at Duncan Lawrie Ltd. with responsibility for a range of managed portfolios investing in smaller UK companies and unquoted technology companies, prior to which he spent four years with Equitable Life Assurance Soc., latterly as investment analyst managing investments in UK small companies and larger stocks in the electronics sector. Neil is an approved person under FSMA. FIPP specialises in the commercialisation of Intellectual Property. It establishes partnerships with individual universities and research institutions to assist with their spin-out and licensing activities and help maximise the commercial value of technologies emerging from their research programmes. Therefore they have a very varied portfolio thus reducing the risk if a failure occurs in one area of the business. The recent placing at 10p was oversubscribed and with Sigma reducing their large holding to allow other II's to build up a holding gives the company a better balance. With only 18,784,353 ordinary shares and M/cap of £1.97m there is plenty of room for growth. As always DYOR and please share anything of interest that you unearth. Dibs - You rightly predicted this placing about 3-4 months ago. Do you think the price will now fall to the placing price of about 150p before heading north.

Dibs, most of the herd have gone now at coms. The number of daily post have reduced considerably. Getting back in with any large buy now is likely to considerably over the ask. I am sure that some interesting things will be announced in the next 3 days.

Well done to everyone here, I nearly joined you at 0.79p this morning and would have done if Pog had been over 100p. Been watching the regular big rises since 0.54 on 17th. Hopefully Gwyn's other company EVO will soon do likewise.

My first look back at this for a couple of weeks and so pleased I sold in favour of Coms. Is Dragon Linney doing something in the background or is he relaxing with his millions since he floated the company. Perhaps he has now taken his eye off the ball. Time will tell.

How long before this is in single figures?

Product of the year and then the SP Falls!!! No regrets about leaving, moved it to Coms which has risen 50% since I did so.

Just 5 weeks ago SVS were recommending buying these at 11.74 to those with an advisory account. Fortunately I had already taken the wise decision not to invest in resources stocks any more and am so glad that I did. The falls here are just typical of so many Resources stocks. Investing in this sector is akin to buying lottery tickets.

It may be a mistake but I've seen enough and I'm OUT of here. All the best to those of you still in OUT.

I agree, Mega Leak and possibly fully priced in already. Could be an early spike followed by a retrace.

A fairly quiet week although buys certainly outnumbered sells. I guess we will remain in this range until the next RNS is released.

The RNS confirms that what we thought were 2 big buys totalling 4.7m shares yesterday were actually sells. A broker recommended this to me at 11.74p but I am struggling to see anything positive here and am glad that I ignored the advice.

There were 2 trades before that for 750 and 1200 both of which could have been buys. I reckon one of those was a Jolly buy.

Outsourcery selected as supplier on Government's G Cloud Framework Outsourcery plc (AIM: OUT, "Outsourcery", "the Group"), a world-leading provider of cloud-based IT and unified communications services, has been accepted onto the Government's G Cloud Framework. The G Cloud is the mechanism by which public sector organisations can procure flexible cloud-based services to allow them to take advantage of new technologies and achieve business benefits. The acceptance of a number of Outsourcery's products, including Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS), is a strong affirmation of the Group's security credentials. Outsourcery has been delivering cloud services through partners since 2007. This framework will enable the Group's key partners to utilise the G Cloud, helping to take their own cloud services, powered by Outsourcery, to the public sector. Piers Linney, Outsourcery's Co-CEO, said: "We are extremely pleased to be selected to participate in the G Cloud Framework. We can now enable our partners to develop strategies to generate revenues through the G Cloud and the public sector as a whole. "We can leverage the experience gained in achieving a number of ISO accreditations, including ISO 27001 and our CESG IL2 capabilities, and by going through the G Cloud process, help our partners understand and address the significant opportunities arising within with the public sector. "We believe that our enterprise-grade, cloud-based IT and unified communications solutions encompassing Microsoft's Lync technology will help public sector organisations achieve huge gains in operational and budgetary efficiency."

The three-year deal will see Outsourcery resell its suite of services to Virgin Media. The company was selected by Virgin Media Business to provide cloud services in December and has spent the time since working to integrate business processes and design go-to-market cloud strategies. After several months of initial integration work, Outsourcery will be supporting Virgin Media Business in its go-to-market strategy to generate revenues. It could turn out to be a very lucrative deal, however we are going to have to wait to see what type of revenue it generates. Further to what Chris has said. I agree that there are risks associated with any investment and if OUT's management team to do show the competence required and secure good revenues streams and new contracts then of course the SP is likely to decline, as it would in any company. However, from the news released since the float, I believe that there are some very good reasons to be optimistic. At lease no one here is making silly predictions of what the SP may be in the future.
