11 September 2013 office2office plc Notification of Directors' interest in shares office2office ("o2o" or "the Company") has today been advised that Jim Cohen, Senior non-executive Director, has increased his beneficial interest in o2o following the purchase on 10 September 2013 of 41,850 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 49.00p per Share. His total beneficial interest is now 107,346 Shares. This notification is made in accordance with DTR Rule 3.1.4.

A fourth director has now bought additional shares and all in a 2 week period. Still a good price to buy in on the recovery. Andydiff, I suggest that that your throw your crystal ball into the bin. lol

Thanks for that I was not aware that these could be bought over there also. Am I right in thinking that on the ISDX you have to guess at what is a buy or sell based on the SP. This is very much an Under the Radar Share and you seem to have a very good knowledge about it. Thanks for that. Today's volume was the highest over 5 weeks, the rising SP may well continue up to the AGM/Update. If that is good then who knows where this will end up.

Is there a reason why I was able to buy this share without any stamp duty? Perhaps because it is environmental, green and all that.

I still have a read of the ??M BB whenever I want to have a chuckle. Some of the ramping takes your breath away.

I too had to free up some funds and got 40k+ shares earlier but its not showing up on the trades yet, will probably show up later. Another big buy of 115k just gone through.

This is an absolute no brainer, the lack of posts here suggests that not that many people have woken up to the fundamentals and potential here. This could end today as one of the top risers. Am very pleased to have made an investment.

Please ignore the below post from Andydiff. he has been posting negative rubbish on all the BB's where I have recently posted such as COMS, WSG, OFF and RIA etc. It is abundantly clear that he is having a dig at me because he disliked my some of the searching questions and opinions that I aired on the REM BB where he is clearly invested. What a sad and childish individual he is. He clearly know nothing about WSG, COMS and the other companies that he is posting about and really ought to do some research. All of the other posts must have been reported as they have been deleted and hopefully the below post timed at 15.59 on 8/9/13 will be also.

Looking at Puri's graph, it has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I see another director also bought some last month. If 3 buy in a sport space of time then I usually begin my research.

I'm sure they know a lot more than any of us and have a very good idea of how the H2 will progress.

The first half has been very poor and the SP has reflected this, the 2nd half will be better but still will not mean the full year is as good as last year. However the better 2nd half should see a decent recovery in the SP. IMO

The debt appears to be manageable and has reduced from £30m last year. The 2nd half should see an improvement and we have just had 3 of the directors top up. The last Panmure Gordon recommendation in April was a SP of 120p. thisismoney rates it a strong buy. The SP has today begun moving north. My feeling is that this will now continue.

I've been monitoring and researching this since the 3 Directors increased their holdings last week and have been waiting to free up some money to jump in. Looks like my hand has been forced and I cannot afford to wait any longer. This is soon going to be on the radar of many more PI's. Wish I hadn't been at work today.

Hi Mate Coms interims will be out at 7am tomorrow morning. DB had stated that shareholders will be very very happy with them. The only problem is that if they are very good then the MM's opening price will include a hefty premium. Hope you got back in last week.
