I think it's holding ground really well with Corona virus, low oil prices and current shorts, once the virus fears settle this could step up again and as we get closer to news the trading should subdue allowing us to start climbing.

Definitely puts the pressure on the Government either way as they'll be losing out with lower production. Hopefully it'll focus the Government to get things moving

Looking at the trading leading upto the previous Jethro oil RNS there was no spike or rise prior to the RNS release, so no leaks. Also both the Jethro and Joe RNS were on a Monday morning
Once 67.8 has gone I'd expect 70p to be the next target, it's not a specific resistance point but people will always trade on the big numbers 60p, 70p, 80p
I can't see it holding under that 2nd resistance point of 67.8 too long today, thought it was going to go straight through but it'll have another go soon
