While Amtech is wrong, I don't see how you are right either. Barely budged on this earnings, which was already expected. No buyers willing to punt on this and this is a classic value trap

Not sure if you noticed, but they are generating positive cashflows and can reduce that debt to just above 3x mcap by the end of the year. All else equal, mcap should double?

The share price doesn't matter, its the discount/premium at which you place that determines the dilution. GMS priced the previous raise at a whopping 50%++ discount, which meant dilution was huge. Price could be at 15p and they can price the new shares at 5p and screw everyone

To create dilution, they can simply price it at a steep discount, which is what they did last year (50% discount) - share price doesn't matter.

I am talking about daily liquidity for someone interested to build a position or to exit without a 10pct bid ask spread on a normal day.Probably traded 1pct over the past two weeks.

What I meant was it didn't hold 8 level for more than a day, and now we are below 7.For all practical purposes, I see this as a private equity position given the poor trading volumes - however still disappointing when the outlook is extremely positive for them and crude is back to levels seen in 2015. Yes there will be lag in earnings recovery,but it should come thru.Perhaps the magnitude of the recovery is a question mark

Any idea when the annual results are due on this? This ship is sinking fast on low liquidity that Amtech may actually be right (for the wrong reasons)

$350m debt, generating $70m ebitda - banks happy to lend because there is enough cash to pay interest and do repayments.
