Not sure why they would do it now. As far as we know, SF + Mazroui + Horizon is c.60% of the company - not enough to get acceptance for lowball buyout, in my view.

I don't trust SF, but having Mazroui guy on the board with almost the same position as SF gives some hope.

Looks like next week....they are doing the bare minimum in terms of complying with regulations by taking this to the last day of the reporting period
