This resolution was voted against in June (by either seafox or mazroui) and this is the second time they are putting it to vote......think they mention that not getting this resolution passed results in 'default event'

Will find out next wednesday if it is capital raise or a default event after the vote

When all else (earnings, juicy contracts) fails to ignite that booster, invoke the "potential buyout"....SoDesperate investor/seller

It's possible for them to do without the raise, in my humble view.Sizeable raise if they do it and one would think that the 2 large holders want to avoid it if they don't want to get diluted.

As i suggested before,there aren't enough buyers to push this beyond 7p or even anywhere close to fair value/broker price targets,unless there is a takeover.Without it, stuck at 6-7p levels.Goodluck

For what its worth, mostly everyone on the forum is perhaps amazed why its not at 12p already - simply no trigger for this to go up.SF likely wants to frustrate minority and buy out everyone at a low price

They have made it clear that the options are A) $50m raise or B)11.5% dilution through issuing warrants and that the board thinks option B is more likely outcome "as of 31 Dec. 2021". When the stock trades under 5x earnings,you can accept a 11.5% dilution?Logique?

If this stock hasn't "taken off" with this news and visible numbers,I don't think it will take off unless someone takes it out.I have been saying this all along that the numbers are already known to the market.

@ amtec - 50m raise isn't happening.the board seems to be leaning into issuing warrants - thats ur worst case scenario.Also net debt was 371m as of 12/2022 and they have already collected cash worth $30m since then from the 2021 receivables. So deleveraging is happening at decent clip
