I really don't think anything will be announced until MSC is confirmed it will be an expensive appointment to make now with no or little income confirmed.. I also agree a minimum of 3 month notice may even 6 months

Gribbleand Sadly I disagree..... With what we know are hoping for I would hope the sp would be significantly higher in Q4. If any option holder also thought this why would you sell today netting just 3p per share before costs....Makes no sence to me.I see it as a very poor message from a board member with all his insider knowledge

Lets hope Jason in his new role is pushing all project with vigour.

As I have posted before I truely believe Andy said Q3 because this is when these projects are going to come good.

He did not need to give himself any more leeway by saying H2.

Fingers crossed these next 61 reporting days could change everyone destiny

The management have given guidelines may times in the passed which sadly have not come good month after month and year after year. Now having said that I do have a feeling after Andy put his neck on the line that project WILL move forward in Q3

Yes Im very hopeful Q3 will come good for all shareholders. Andy when talking about the projects being delayed could have said he's hopeful they will come good in H2, however he choose to say he believes Q3 is when we should get these projects moving forward. Very hopeful

Plus the job will command maybe £300-500k pa cost to QED so I guess the board will want to wait and make sure 1 or 2 of the projects are signed and moving forward

Here's my thoughts on Jason title change.

While CEO many times he's offered timeline for projects to go live which mostly dont happen. Added to this on recent funding rounds very possitive updates have been published with bullish project timelines however as we know these rarely, seldom have lived upto exceptation.

I truely believe QED is in a pivotal, crucial important period and the next couple of years could be very transformational for all.

I also believe the business as it transforms needs the best team in the correct jobs for their skill set. With the money available Jason was correct person initally to have the CEO however sadly and mainly because of multiple-failed timelines it is my believe Jason has lost faith with the institution investors and both the Chairman and our brokers are supporting a new CEO to steer QED onto greater things and Jason taking up the CTO role which he is very accomplished for.

Assuming a number of our project start moving forward (maybe in Q3) H2 or early 2026 we need the II onboard supporting what I hope will be stella growth. they in turn need a reliadble CEO with whom they can trust. So in summary what Jason has done both in the pass and moving forward is great (said what needed to be said to get things done) all part of the evolution QED

You seem to love taking shoots at both HF14 and Myself. For the record I buy at both high and low prices...bought a few million a few months back in the 6-7p and prior to that many more 1.5-3p range. happy with all these purchases hope you also collected a few on the way.

Sorry Fyoz you are of course corrct my error going from CEO to CTO is a promotion silly me.

Mine are:-

A) 25%

B) 0%

C) 85%

D) 85%

After the very successful funding in January on the back of "wait for Q2 its going to be very busy" We now know nothing is really going to happen in Q2.....However if I asked everyone what percentage of confidence they had in Feb or March that some or all of the current project would be moving forward as planned in Q2 like me I'm sure most would be over 50% and perhaps upto 100% that they were happening.

We are now nearing the end of June Jason has been demoted CTO from CEO and Andy now has published a businees update with multiple delays.

What percentage would you put on the following happening:-

A) MSC Trail starting in Q3?

B) Morocco Commercial MSAR trail starting in Q3?

C) Sparkle power trial happening in Q3?

D) Utah delivery of samples+ Delivery MMU in Q3?

I've been logged out a couple of times over the last few days including today anyone else having problems

For a number of years Jason has been giving timeline on projects most of which have not been achieved....

It will be interesting to see if Andys prediction come true hopefully his timelines can restore some credibility into these RNS updates

So now we know everything is still moving forward however all projects are taking longer than anticipared and as a result QED enters Q3 with real momentum .......3 more months of waiting
