What has Andy Morrison achieved since becoming our chairman?

Share price is up 60% since February 2022 from 2p to 3.2p. 3 years+ on I was hoping it would now be over 20p if not more

He’s raised approx. £11,000,000 which has caused huge dilation to shareholder circa. 44%

The company has spent over £12,900,000 and still carry’s on burning £275,000 per month

Revenue’s from Valkor £261,000 which seems to have stalled

Communication no better than before his tenure

Did a business review which concluded with - carry on funding the projects and get more on the go, all of which have not commercialised (Ok Valkor has a little revenue) although each year over the last few years we have been told they are all just about to happen.

Had no news for 10 weeks although everything is imminent for Q3 having missed Q2 when also everything was imminent…..And has introduced and new meaningless work SOON.

Please Andy get these projects over the line so we all have something to celebrate

Contingent on the outcome of the Initial Activities the parties will progress and define the project roadmap during Q2'21 in preparation for the execution of one or more Trials commencing in H2'21 on representative commercial vessels in MSC's global fleet

Lets not forget since late 2019 shareholders have generously added £22,000,000 to help get these project moving believing each year it was going to happen and not ignoring the LTS have had over 50% dilusion as well over this period.

So yes 37 day till the end of Q3 I have everything crossed as I have over the years, will it happen I hope so. Now with my sensible hat on I think they have mulpiple issue holding up everything which is why we have had radio silence of 10 weeks since the last business update which suggested "SOON" MSC will happen......and under my definition of soon its not happened...So with me keep everything crossed for Q3 but dont be surprised if we get a business update mid Aug suggesting Q4 is now the target quarter

We can only speculate...Multiple issues, bad planning, delivery issues. lack of contingencies, client delays. who knows?

The burn per month is £250-£300k per month....

inc. Salaries, Office rent etc plus Msar development this figure is going up with the new employees.

Some of the projects will have some largwe one off costs to get them going once agreements are signed plus the ongoing development of B100 will add some to these numbers

Not sure £28k per month is correct Jason by himself is £25k plus NI and Pension per month

2025 is proving not to be a great year so far for Quadrise. However it started well with very positive updates on all the major projects alluding to these projects moving forward in Q2. These announcements were conveniently followed by a placing and offer which also went very well with the belief that the projects had finally turned a corner. The sentiment then was (Q2) 2025 was going to be transformational for Quadrise and all.

Nothing of commercial significant has happened and we are now entering August, your business update on 10 June was appreciated and although all the news was disappointing the communication was timely. You gave me confidence that everything was under control, but with a one quarter shift in timings to Q3, however you used words such as SOON and we are now in the 8th weeks since this statement and still waiting. What does SOON mean?

Private shareholders have supported the Quadrise board over many years. Since August 2019 the business has raised over £22,000,000. Long term shared holders just since this date have experienced over 50% dilution but remain loyal. However, most are very frustrated should I believe everything I read on the Investor boards.

Clearly there are issues with every project, there are only 42 working days left in Q3 are we going to reach the end of this quarter with no significant movement on the projects, only to be told its now Q4 or even 2026? We are all very conscious the business is still burning £250,000+ per month.

I would say to date Quadrise has not been the best communicator, but I’m sure a business update would be very welcomed by all now.

Furthermore, to expedite our decarbonization pathway

and prepare for upcoming regulation, MSC is pursuing

the adoption of second-generation biofuels (mainly used

cooking oil methyl ester, or UCOME), which can provide

immediate emission reductions from any vessel without

requiring adjustments to the onboard propulsion system.

Great point. Their must be other reason over and above what we are being told. I was alway taught to have contingencies clearly not the case here
