Just a thought Green. How many RNSs have we seen over the last few years of recovery where more shares have been created for employee or executive LTIP schemes. One might ask why the staff benefit but the owners of the company don't. . Share and share alike eh?

Can't argue about a scintilla of positivity at the moment forest but we are by no means out of the woods yet and any one of a few things could still finish VOG . Long time since we saw 6 x PMEs in one day though

Don't hold yer breath waiting for the re-listing. They will want to do as much as possible of whatever their agenda is before getting to the stage where they actually Have to communicate with LTHs.

Hi Cardo. I seem to recall that the shares were (notionally at least) valued at 3.5p each for the putpose of the listing and placing although you are probably right in that to us as LTHs, they are effectively worthless. Even at that Price, my £21k is now £350.
Reckon that they will either make a success of it long term for new shareholders or will quietly allow the company to fold and walk away.

Me too. Think I'll keep the the old one as a reminder that 300k shares looks a lot better than 10k shares.

Eric and llbj. I think there is something in both your comments. The board have the last say on which questions and will not wish to be put on the spot.
However, if everyone on this board collectively came up with a really searching question, be it on Vardar, kallak or whatever, and everyone sent in the same question individually it would be hard for them to ignore that.

Peachey. It's all about your individual entry point. If you're in at £1 or below, you're happy, if you've held for a few years, you won't be. Probably a good share for a split holding. Keep half long term and trade the rest on the dips.

Brighty. I suspect that if FY is as predicted, we may well get a special div. Companies don't normally announce them in advance and it would give CM the opportunity to reward shareholders for their patience whilst not setting a precedent for return to high annual divs, at least not yet anyway.

Steve, I'm not even going to give luckless the satisfaction of a reply to the filthy, disgusting bile he has spouted this evening.
Please don't misquote me regarding the £50m mcap. I wasn't deramping as one of my posts clearly stated. I was merely referring to my own observations that the drilling results on their own are not managing to support the sp and therefore we need to see more assay results. I think that is a perfectly reasonable stance to take in comparison to many on here who keep pumping the share up to 10p and beyond even at this stage.
Clearly the market wants to wait a bit longer before jumping on the bandwagon and I am happy to wait it out in the hope of greater riches to come. If that's deramping then guilty as charged.

Jed. Quite possible he sold out in the spike last year. Wouldn't need to declare and as it was only the gravy train that kept him in, he wouldn't really have much cause to stay> imho
