Sadly, unlike you Coyote, I, like many others, don't have the benefits of divine hindsight and am locked into some Bird companies. I am not complaining though. My portfolio choices have gained an extra £13000 overall over the Christmas and new year period.

Since his one hit wonder 15 years ago, what has he actually brought to market out of maybe 20 companies in the stable? As if to make my point, BZT announces today the issue of 80million shares to cover mates rates warrants in 2023. I'm all for dilution that progresses a company and its value but at just shy of 18billion shares with an m/cap of £18m that suggests to me not the best use of shareholders' hard earned money. Would be interesting to know the total amount raised since floating compared with current mcap and how much of that has gone on directors' remuneration.

Guess I'm just angry at the cavalier way in which these directors treat small shareholders. Endless dilution at mates rates with attached warrants and rarely allow retail shareholders to participate. Bird was way way out of order the way he hyped up Bushranger and I'm sure I'm not the only one who pumped money in based on what any normal person thought was factual. As a Jubilee director he collaborated with the scumbags that ran BMR, now KEN , to stitch up BMR shareholders, many of who lost fortunes. I only survived by putting a like amount into Jubilee when in the 2p range before the COVID spike.

As for BZT, why would I invest in a company where the LTHs have been slaughtered by dilution.

Don't get me wrong. There are some nice assets across the Bird stable

I just don't see this very well heeled octagenarian as the person to see them over the line

Every year in the last few years Bird has been bulling up copper shortages and higher cu prices. So now that they are finally finally here, one might have thought that at least a couple of our projects would be oven ready and hitting the ground running. Are we just being played? The market seems to think so.

Frankly if Bird is ill, it's no more than you might expect in someone in their 80s and if he had anything about him he would step away and let someone younger and more dynamic move this forward.

That said, 1.3 m toms sounds a lot but we must also bear in mind the low grades and huge size of the deposit. We should no longer be looking through Birdie's rose tinted specs at anywhere between 10 and 40p per share. And unless we hear to the contrary, no one else has expressed any interest whatsoever despite AA.

I genuinely feel sorry for PIs in this share. I was lucky enough to get out at a modest loss a couple of months ago when I realised this company seems to exist for the sole purpose of fleecing retail investors. Disgusting
