Got. I refer you back to my original post. I was merely asking whether or not Leon had done the beedt job on our behalf in contracts negotiation and with his subsequent narrative, clearly he hasn't.

We are being sold this as no alternative when in reality he just wants to expand Zambia, but using our money. Fair enough but the very least he should therefore do is sell the Zambian case to us rather than the vague titbits we are getting

We are in effect being asked to take a great leap of faith in Leon. Well guess what, we've already done that a few times and it hasn't got us very far. As someone posted recently, you lose credibility when all you can do is trash the only profitable part of the business, having a few months earlier been extolling it's virtues as one of the world's greatest chrome producers. Leon is feeding his own personal narrative to us.

Gotreal. Funnily enough I did read the circular. But perhaps you could point me to the bit that talks about the pgm ore stockpiles and more particularly, how long they would last if we kept SA and switched from chrome to pgm. Must've missed that bit.

Am also concerned to see just how much debt we have accumulated in SA considering the established nature and profitability of SA, although that debt will of course pass to One Chrome..

Also very concerned about the lack of transparency regarding One Chrome and the lack of ability to fund the debt. What happens if they defaults on payments? How difficult is it to litigate such event in SA?

My understanding is that there is a whacking great pile of pgm ore that we now own having toll processed the chrome out of it. One Chrome, the majority owners of the feed mine are holding us over a barrel due to the previously badly negotiated contracts. I'm assuming they use Jubilee as they don't have their own processing facilities, and it would involve them in a huge cost and time span to create their own. I also assume that we could switch from chrome to pgm feed at a stroke as we did in reverse when chrome prices rose and pgm prices fell.

Please correct if wrong but I also assume these pgm stocks would last a long time and would be very profitable at current prices.

It just seems that Leon has an agenda to use SA to forward the Zambia project and has worded the circular negatively to suit the narrative.

ZA. Reasoned arguments except for number 6 where you state it is expected that production would be modest in first 3 years. However we are actually more like into years 5 to 7 now so would expect it to be much higher in line with original forecasts

This sale very much reminds me of Colin Bird's sale of Manica gold project at XTR. Sold very cheaply a couple of years ago with payment staged over several years and the buyers have already recovered their money before they even finish paying us. We need to know who the SA buyer is.

Leon has staked everything on the SA sale. If it falls through he has to go for having put us and the sp through all this.

Not sure if I'm missing something but a few years back we were predicting 25k TPA by now yet even in fy2026 we are only now predicting a few thousand TPA, despite massive investment and huge dilution. Where has all the money gone?

What's the point of a share buyback when we all know it will be diluted out again with further issues. Leon is addicted to them.

Should we assume that he will apply the same principle to the SA sale if he eventually deems the price too cheap? Somehow, for whatever reason. I don't think he will.

Slater, like any other major shareholders will do what is right for Slater. He certainly won't put himself at a loss just to protect us. Who knows what is going on behind closed doors?

Does anyone on here really believe that Slater, the FD or Leon are in the slightest bit concerned about what we ordinary LTHs think or want? Dream on
