Bought some 2 months ago for a very cautious wife at 27p. Having more than doubled her investment in that time, she invoked the "bird in the hand" clause and told me to sell at 60.7p today.
Personally I need 70p to double my investment so I stayed put.
She's gonna be a nightmare tomorrow if they drop and I lose.

Hammer. Let's not forget that the tailings contain a multiple of ingredients including lead, zinc and vanadium . Does this not have an positive impact on margins compared with a single run such as copper, ie shared costs?

Well said Solley. Sadly, many lily livered politicians, captains of industry and educationalists are allowing an historically illiterate and woke minority to force their will on the silent majority.
As a catholic who went to a protestant school in 1960s, I know, like you that others can be hurtful to those different from them. However, unlike modern youth, I just accept this was part of life's experience. Neither do I have a desire to nuke Rome and Copenhagen for enslaving my fellow countrymen.

TBTT - What I don't get is why the Zambian Government is apparently just sitting on the sidelines while more and more Kabweians die or suffer serious illness.
They took away our licence for something far more trivial and yet for years now they have allowed BMR and then JLP to do diddly squat towards the great clear up.
I can only imagine that this is more to do with money than saving lives. Hope I'm wrong though, and not just for the sake of my investment which I've already written off.
Gonna frame my share certificate and stick it on the wall as a reminder of the corruption rife in AIM.

Ed re dilution - hear what you say but for me at least, and possibly many other PIs, the issue is not so much the dilution, more that we don't get to share in the dilution. And suspiciously, it always seems to follow a short term drop in the SP.

Too right AIM. Over 10 years now since I first bought into the dream of making some money whilst making Kabwe citizens' lives better.
Now years later having been shafted by two successive CEO/Chairmen, I just see Kabwe being sidelined, not just by JLP but also by the African government. Money, it seems, matters more than lives in Africa.

The positive from today is the rise in sp back towards previous levels. The negative is that it confirms to me that once again we have been diluted too cheaply, and, imho, unnecessarily with the cash flow we continue to generate.

Re free school meals, I'm afraid more and more government policy is being decided through a government scared of the bad publicity being heaped on it by a liberal woke generation aided and abetted by the BBC.
And I speak as one of 12 children from a poor family who come from the days when benefits pretty much didn't exist. The only privilege we received was free school meals and being at a grammar school, you stood out like a sore thumb in the school canteen.
You had to make do during the summer holidays.
