The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Don't think so Rktech. I see that Cas follow, HGB :)
6 (incl. My own) views on supplemental docs as at 9am this morning - the comedy is in the posts here...
P.s. "more data used incorrectly will skew results". If you paraphrase, please do so accurately.
The way HR data is filtered out is precisely why there aren't any devices out there without the *solely intended for fitness and wellness purposes/not for medical use.
How do we monitor changes in RMR when weight stays the same and remotely? Isn't that important?
Deary me... You admit to being irritated and you're not invested - what you gonna do about it Hex? This doesn't seem to be working for you...
Hilarious... How do you decide what to filter out? Seriously?
Put some thought into it instead of generic statements.
Way out your depth it seems... Hence my description of you as a toothless vulture.
Get what I'm saying? I'm saying educate yourself about the industry instead of babbling on about the investment situation - it took several days on twitter to drill into you the situation regarding company articles Dougal. He's acting within regulation otherwise where is the legal action? Corporate governance isn't existent and why would anyone reasonably expect it be?
https://en.globes.co.il/en/article-1000693625
This investment has always been a "hanging onto Amit's coat tails" investment since he became CEO - is that not plain to see?
Back to the links I provided and all this talk on innovation. A puff on a salbutamol inhaler can knock a person's resting heart rate by a significant percent, same with watching your favourite sports team in an exciting match.
The questions still remain where is the innovation, the CRF testing? Very simply what gain is there from monitoring HR 24hr when it is only linearly correlated with O2 consumption during controlled conditions and certain bpm ranges? Does it just add a horrific amount of opportunity to skew results? Yes it does for no gain.
RMR is the largest portion of your calorie burn day to day and it changes with a person's fitness - how to objectively monitor that change so that a kcal readings remains relevant?

:-) Thank you and best of luck to you too HITS - after all we are in the same boat. Just a poor attempt from myself to lighten the mood... I'm genuinely glad it got a laugh out of someone!
FWIW and to keep slightly on topic (if there's a point in doing so?)... the shares in issue weren't really much of a surprise to quite a few.
What adverts SpikeyJ?
Perhaps i missed something fundamental regarding a singular version, HITS if you could point me to it? "giving the former rights to license a version". Maybe i'm being far too particular at this stage of the CTAG saga but the devil is in the detail. We know how much it cost in shares, excluding third tranche. That's about it?
https://www.imec-int.com/en/articles/imec-and-cloudtag-collaborate-on-high-quality-frictionless-wearables-for-lifestyle-coaching
"Within the framework of their collaboration, imec develops algorithms for CloudTag’s wearable sensor devices that enable accurate monitoring of physiological parameters."
Considering the mentions of personalised lifestyle feedback on the link above and the extensive work on BCTs/habit profiling that IMEC was sharing around the same time (can't see them openly sharing it recently), there certainly could be more to all of this than "licensing a version" in my opinion.
Interesting link I stumbled across how IMEC sells themselves to potential partners:
https://www.imec-int.com/en/what-we-offer/research-and-development/bilateral-research
Its certainly feasible the same could have been offered to Cloudtag? Speculation can go both ways what falls under the partnership
Are we having the same conversation? If you quoted the full sentence it was about you being trolled. Other than that I was merely correcting HITS statement re IMEC.
What do you want Londondan? Look at my history, I try my best not to repeat myself much.
No Londondan, perhaps you need to do more digging Sherlock. You chaps thinking you've got your heads screwed on and see exactly what this is, you're being trolled - can't say you weren't warned...
Some of that 10 years plus of research?
https://pure.tue.nl/ws/files/11369233/20151215
This for example, still remains unique and easy to argue it can be competitive today.. Plenty of links and explanation if you look through my previous posts.
You do not know precisely what was licensed with regards to IMEC. Why are you trying to bend the facts? If you want to go by RNS though HITS, perhaps worth mentioning 22 May 2015..
"CloudTag has been working closely with imec for the last two years developing its cutting edge multi-sensor wearable technology and embedded algorithms. Through this partnership CloudTag has access to over 10 years of research into wearable healthcare, which has produced the most accurate multi-sensor energy expenditure algorithm currently available."
I agree with FTW, this is becoming laughable!!
I have a fairly decent view of twitter sentiment and can confidently say the paranoid vultures are being successfully trolled. Carry on Sherlock's at your own expense..
More fundraising? Obviously it won't go down, unless there was an update of true substance.
*you assume that means.
My post was to summarise the history of BCTs and this company for SpikeyJ and his 22nd July post.
Thanks for your input ForTheWin.

July 2015, featured in September 2015 IMEC magazine.
Behavioural change techniques seem to have been of key interest to IMEC for a while, exactly around the time Cloudtag partnered with them.
IMEC's site to follow:
https://www.imec-int.com/en/articles/imec-and-cloudtag-collaborate-on-high-quality-frictionless-wearables-for-lifestyle-coaching
"Cloudtag TrackTM gives immediate, accurate and personalized feedback on one’s lifestyle, enabling the individual to put unhealthy habits into perspective while persuading lifestyle changes to adopt healthier diet and activity habits."
During 2016 there were several presentations from IMEC regarding habit profiling/digital phenotyping, unfortunately not easily available now - have the PDFs.
Then of course a year later and the Onitor Track appeared on IMEC's website. Surely within the realms of possibility that something could have been going on regarding BCTs?
Happy speculating.
SpikeyJ, Monday 15:46
No I don't think so. Do I sense a hint of altruism from yourself or am I thinking too highly of your motive here?
Noticed that you've posted over 50 times in last 30 days and have no financial interest... Why? I'm genuinely curious.
P. S. Ive touched on what Cloudtag *could* have wrt BCT's (your jul22 post). BCTs can be simple yes, as you said undergrad level at best most of the time. Design ethics can also be very simple, yet if you look around in public how many are glued to the simple scroll/refresh mechanic on social media on their phone (one of many examples)...
Simple can be extraordinarily powerful.
Can provide a couple more links if you don't see it in history.

See 3rd definition - a group of bears. Arguably one of the more sensible phrases from Dougal.
Much happier to be financially invested here rather than emotionally. Evidently some non-shareholders are getting emotional.. Why?

Engaging here because crusader82’s comment on arsenal really made me laugh. I think even HITS would argue against that point.
From my post on 25th Jan 2019:
HITS EGO ALGO (unfortunately not exclusive but seems perpetual so far):
Length of post / Use of Post = HITS ego.
As others have mentioned, this doesn’t seem like a very healthy outlet for you HITS. If you’re still feeling sorry for yourself (your words not mine) maybe it’s time to try something different? Sad to see the break didn’t do you any good!
For those still interested take a look at how far the sector has come or... not:
https://www.firstbeat.com/en/science-and-physiology/white-papers-and-publications/
Quite a limitation they admit to on the VO2 estimation paper...
Or we could look at Apple and Stanford’s recent massively successful heart study *cough*.
#groundhogday
Thanks for your advice on how to speculate Hex - perhaps wise for you to stick to blue chips until you've made enough not to hang around here with no holding? Or would you seriously still do that with financial freedom? Stupid questions, stupid answers... I'm not here to keep you company, sorry.
Perhaps you didn't notice I said you don't have evidence either that there is no potential value. Thanks for the laugh Hex, you seem more attached to this company than I am as a shareholder... The patent and linked IMEC work can be applied very nicely to the Onitor Track device and that's a fact. IMEC aren't advertising this work anymore like they were in 2014 and 2015 presentations, also a fact?
I only care about the tech honestly... ABH's brother has also been recorded as not treating shareholders/stakeholders "nicely" - its a cruel world. Carry on battling you altruist!
https://www.imec-int.com/en/articles/imec-and-cloudtag-collaborate-on-high-quality-frictionless-wearables-for-lifestyle-coaching
"Our collaboration with Cloudtag is an exciting example of how imec’s technology can support the industry in realizing the next generation of wearable devices."
Big words from Chris Van Hoof on the imec website. As you were...
