I wish the bod would treat its shareholders with some respect. It's obvious to everyone we aren't going to hit the target for first gas. Is it really too much to ask for a realistic update detailing timescales and any funding requirements.
Its the lack of information and inability to fulfill previous promises of updates which erodes shareholder trust.
We deserve better.

The offer is worse than it looks. Their share price has doubled since the start of Dec, so 0.680 of a Sound Energy share is not a good deal.
Let's hope there are better suitors in the queue.

Maqsood7, your claim that "we are in oversold" territory is hilarious. Anyone can set a ridiculously small time frame on their chart to make ludicrous claims.

There's no benefit in delaying the placing. I guess it's best to get the inevitable out of the way and move on.

ShareFlyer, you're right to use quotation marks for the word "deals". A nice rise has been gained in time for the inevitable placing. All very convenient for the board that last year gave themselves a ridiculously large pay rise as a reward for abject failure.

I'd have more confidence if they hadn't given themselves those sickeningly undeserved pay rises last year.

Open cheque book for unlimited abuse of shareholders, or sensible planning to see the projects thro to fruition? I hope it's the latter.

After about 7 years investing in Angus and UKOG I have sold my last 378,000 shares today. There is definitely a major issue with the funding, and I'd rather take £3k out than watch it disappear down the plug whole. At my peak I had about £20k in these two shares, but it is pretty obvious it's all on its knees now. I hope I'm wrong, and investors like Yanis can get their money back. For me, the recent self awarded pay rises was too much to stomach. Good luck. If it falls over, I hope you can all get some justice somehow.

I'm hoping for positive funding news so that I can sell my last few shares and finally walk away from my whole Angus and UKOG ordeal (6 years worth), but it really is looking like there won't be any good news. Lucan really is a disgrace.

RT 003, I suggest you read over Alan 2017's posts over the last 2 or 3 years before you make such comments. He is a well respected poster on Angus, and his well informed frustration is totally justified, and will hopefully help future investors think twice. I have a few quid invested here, more than I should, but would hate to see more people sucked in.

At least the board are earning their criminal pay rises by doing what they do so well - destroying investor value.

5p !!! Come on, let's try and be even a little bit realistic. The board have just awarded themselves huge pay rises for miserable failure. Think of the worst outcome we're facing here, make it twice as bad, and you'll not be far off the truth. Totally inept.

The selling on the small spike reflects the sentiment for this share. This RNS does seem to be a filler with not a great amount of substance. Will keep holding as there is still good potential here.

Looking at share price since Dec, much of the increase expected from good news on financing is already factored in.

There is an issue, otherwise it would have been completed end of Jan as promised. Let's hope the answer isn't death spiral finance.
