This is well short of your previous promise of 5p at first gas (which is short term).

No BV, YOU made an assertion that he was cautious on Brockham. That means YOU must have looked at what he predicted against the actual flow to make that statement.
Simply tell us the figures that YOU used.

Imagine if you were having an extension built on your house and they performed in a similar fashion. Would you happily accept missing every target, and on news of a new target gleefully tell the family how fantastic it was that it might be finished in another month(again and again and again).
It's our money that's paying for this, and the bod are accountable for for what is turning happening. I understand we don't agree on this point, but at least we can agree that we both want this to be a success.
