Just one thing it's always been ingenuity that's come into question here and the hundreds of millions that's gone into it that's what's brought it in to question and rightly so
Personally John Gallemore should not of been allowed to head it up especially for the amount of time he was given I believe he focused purely on creating capacity rather than getting clients I think this is backed up by Viveks appointment and the focus on whales this says to me that even MM has questioned ingenuitys strategy and made changes accordingly

Looks like whey is a miniscule away from the 2020 average price line and looks like MyProtein has made back around 3 months of lost margin (almost a symmetrical mirror image on the red line)
Another very interesting thing to look at on Anacotts link is the historical price during 2009 recession really really historical low

Reckon you could do the same with MyProtein non own brands Ingenuity have always bragged out how quick they can set everything up (plug in and play)
Would split off everything cleanly and reporting divisions would be easy

what do you reckon Oke about Ingenuity just dealing directly with all THG non own brand beauty suppliers
and maybe not having to actually physically buy the stock just hold it for them setting up all individual sites for them (which is just an easy cut and paste job for Ingenuity)

Then Lookfantastic Dermastore and Cult Beauty just sell THG own brand products

Personally Oculus I agree with your DTC future who needs middle men but Brands do need warehousing logistics and data capture/PR/marketing
1 THG could sell off beauty divisions that don't sell own brand manufactured like ESPA (had some amazing candles for Xmas) and keep one or two platforms for fully vertically integrated own brand self manufactured beauty products
2 Really push home MyProtein with the nutritional benefits to India and other countries that have massive diabetes problems within the middle classes
3 focus Ingenuity on finding blue chip clients that need specialised warehousing selling the scalability addition of data and THG studios PR etc
4 sell all hospitality venues
5 Capex cut immediately and only increased on signed deals with blue chips based on small area for testing then scaled up once blue chip happy

I called it a month before as 1 day before the previous year which was correct
Calling it again as one day before last year so 17th Jan shows again they have well justified contempt for shareholders after being double crossed and back stabbed by shareholders so far

Anacott this is personally why you need to really condense your portfolio to what you really understand value wise at the moment

All the indicators I've been tracking over the last 6 months like core personal spending durable goods non farm payrolls and housing that Powell has been targeting are all getting more Fed friendly
however the Fed and media narrative are going opposite
This happened back in 2008-09 ready for the major fed pivot
But who knows wether they want it again

The chairman shouldn't be blinded by technology the automation and software is amazing

Why what how when and any other basic informative questions to collate a shareholder friendly presentation

The chairman has probably been made to feel out of his depth when walked around the state of the art icon campus with thg studios and opulent hospitality venues
He really needs to sit down with the CFO and CEO to take a carefully constructed shareholder empathitic view of communication rather than throwing his money at an obviously way under priced entity that's blown him away thinking he's doing an assuring job by buying shares
