It seems like some have given up on Ingenuity before the recent pivot has time to show results (sometimes a very good indicator)

Ingenuity might not be unique but the facilities, automation, data, global localisation, creativity etc etc Are all pretty damn good especially the efficiency of the automation now Vivek has the tools to go and create the bespoke relationships and that's what closes the unique deal and makes it easy for a whale to say yes

Hope Vivek announces a few whales this qtr if not the SP has it valued at minus -£1bill anyway

Then you've department stores (lookfantastic Cult Beauty etc) owned by the so called impartial shopping mall within the shopping mall selling the same thing as the retailers at a lower cost sometimes this needs to be sorted

Take those low margin middle men companies out of the ingenuity shopping mall and sell them to The Perfume Shop owner CK Hutchinson holdings

Then there is THG’S own manufactured own brand products which is different

Some brands maybe put off having a shop in the ingenuity shopping mall by this as well

Solution separate them completely as individual ingenuity customers for handover then those brands should be free to shop around for a competing service agreement communicate this to any potential concerned clients of ingenuity
