Come on Guys this was the plan16 Jun 2023 15:35
15/5/23
The Blythe H1 well is initially planned to be shut in once the H2 well is fully onstream to reduce water production into the pipeline however the H1 well will remain available for production
7/6/23
The well has flowed at a maximum dry gas rate of 22.8 mmscf/d and 280-336 bbl/d condensate at the export pipeline pressure of 1250psi, with no formation water observed
Once H2 production is on, H1 is planned to be shut in; in a higher gas price environment it could be possible to reopen H1 at lower rates to minimise water production (FROM H1 not H2)
13/6/23 SURELY those mentioning water now and other rubbish didn't read this RNS
The H1 well was shut in as planned during the final H2 HUC. Post-intervention, the plan remains to produce initially from H2 only, to flush formation water out of the Saturn Banks Pipeline System and reduce associated opex
· No faults or fractures were encountered in the H2 reservoir section and no formation water was observed on testing
· Following a period of shut in to allow the water levels to re-equilibrate, the plan is to reopen H1 periodically at lower rates to flow gas and condensate with limited water production
