THG seem to have recently had a strong focus on automation with additions of an autostore in NJ as well as ICON 2 (Manchester), hopefully these will slowly replace the existing pick faces at Melbourne and Poland too. One hit for THG i noticed last year was Mark Ford leaving for ASOS to become head of automation, heard he was very well looked upon in the business so potentially they’re also ramping up on the automation.

Anyway I think resolution 14 really needs to be openly discussed as it seems Emis was unaware this resolution if passed would give the directors the authority to dilute by 33%

If the resolution stated lucky11 that the initial 33% would be offered exclusively to retail PI'S at the same price as QIA purchased 80 mill shares @ 39p raising £120 mill for a year of capex costs them I'm sure that would get all our votes and probably the 65% would go for it the next 33% was offered to them paying a few years capex and bringing everyones averages down

But Utopia doesn't exist

Probably try to equally split it between the 65% at cheap amount to keep them on board

Hopefully everyone will vote 14 out and it'll get withdrawn before the AGM maybe 9 will get withdrawn as well with the resignation of Iam Mcdonald before the AGM

Thanks Anacott TBH I missed the last one fully but my average on the last all in was in the forties and after the sanctimonious spat with Golden I purposely stayed out

But when it hit 75 on the day before THG terminated talks with Apollo I put a 25k red or black on just for the punt of a deal being done

I've been averaging down at 61 and heavier at 56-58

Happy to stay in until next big move and will go all in again if hit the forties

Can't see it though after a name like Apollo approach then brushed away nothing like 2 faced Belerion and other wasters last year plus the kitchen sink release in April

Virtually everything is made in these stores by the same factorys as the well known brands but sold cheaper

I think you'll find fevertree is in Aldi and lidl but under a different name (Ridge Valley if you want to try it) with virtually the same packaging but nearly half the price

Just snobs prefer to pay more for a name

Pretty sure a lot of potential investors think the same and current PI's especially LTH's agree on past results

I'm quite recent here and always try to look forward as markets do

The company management recently got involved with a company to help them focus and streamline projects cut and paste without huge upfront costs and get paid for tech/consultancy(I think this has helped recent strategy)

They have a large bank facility £12 mill if required (hopefully not)

The business of taking old or failed existing energy plants and turning them around with their technology is very attractive to local councils/governments

New plant opportunities already planned out in major UK carbon capture/hydrogen hubs currently attracting huge private/government funding

Obviously turning waste to fuels is very attractive and they've learnt from past mistakes
