I am invested here but I am no fool and i am under no illusion that this share price isn't going anywhere fast. But I don't care and I am confident where it will go long term. But some of this muppets on here on get on here day after day telling us it will multi-bag by the weekend, 3p by the end of the day, 100% rise by the afternoon are exactly just that, muppets, who have far too much time on their hands. This will drift down over the next month or two, that is inevitable. Just sit patiently and top-up at low level with money you can afford to lose :)

Eytan Uliel delivered an unbailable news of 60% participating interest in the AREA OFF-1 block from non other than CHEVRON!! for US$12.5 million cash let that sink in! The paperwork with the Uruguayan government is a formality that will take a couple of month. The £$12.5 mill is for the 60%. Don't forget the 40% is a carry on and you can't put a value on that at the estimated oil in play in the 2 billion +.

As for HE1 it's definitely a hold and load (at the right time)...good days are around the corner (a few months Q3/Q4) for those who are patient.

Don't keep coming on here everyday because it will either hover around these prices or go lower. Just keep an eye on the share price and top-up when you can. Just my opinion.

There is no risk here for CEG. The risk is being taken by CHEVRON and they're so confident they are willing to chuck over a $100 million overall at the project.

I am invested here. you can't look at day to day. This is a long term play. I will top up more soon. Believe me I will get not just one but a few more opportunities to top up well below 2p. This is going nowhere soon, they told us that very clearly in the announcement today. Its all about Patience :) And I have it in bucket load! lol

No thank you. I will top here in a few month and before q3 when this is around 1.5pm. The amount of share is issue is in someway irrelevant if your time your investment well. That is why you have to look at the market value against the share in issue. I will come back and share with you CEG's share price in not too long distant future and I will use that profit to top up here. This is going nowhere for a good few months!

JBT if all you are looking at is "In my opinion the BOD are in essence doing exactly (if not more dilutive) than what they are accusing Align" then you are very much missing the point!!! You are just reacting to surface noise....you need to look a lot deeper my friend.

Right now whether you like it or not we will be getting dilution with both but it’s the added millstone the Align are putting around our neck that you need to look at more carefully!!!!!

If you cannot see Alights proposals are the worst of the two deal then, you need someone who understands finance to sit with you and explain why Align’s options is noose around the neck of IRON…and our investment. :)

The saying comes from those who made a wish and got what they wanted, only to realize thereafter that the reality of what they wished falls way short of their expectation or wish.....so I for one will MOST certainly will VOTE AGAINST ALL Resolutions.

I am a long term holder here and I am telling you all we do not want Align taking charge or control with their suffocating funding proposals. hat Richard Jennings is proposing (right now we are upset and frustrated because of the share issues and dilutions but the Align proposal is far worse for us guys and gals!!!! Make no mistake about it. out of the frying pan and into the fire literally....

Align’s proposals, include expensive debt which will put a heavy heavy burden around the neck of IRON with one single beneficiary if IRON take time to deliver or are slow to deliver for whatever reasons etc....It is a maneuver to highly pressurize and shaft IRON to take full control of the company and don’t for one moment think it is for the sake of us shareholders!

And not only does it put an expensive debt around IRON it is also very highly dilutive warrants and guess who that would benefit.....YES you guessed it .....it will suit Mr Jennings very handsomely!!! And not us and it would for sure be for our detriment and ultimately the Company itself which will end up in the hands of its creditors and that is ALIGN and Mr Jennings.

And please do not ignore the very important fact this maneuver by Richard Jennings' as warned by the BOD is a proposal that is certainly not in the "wider stakeholders, in particular its South African partners who are essential to the Company's activities"…If we don’t have them on our side there will be no further development…
If we don’t vote against Richard Jennings resolution we can truly kiss goodbye to any hope of making money here....

Don’t be blinded by the here and now or even the past ...we need to have foresight. We/the BOD have been pushed into a corner by Align what they have reacted and done is actually much better for us then Align’s proposals. If we wallow in the frustration of the past failures and currents actions of the BOD then we will be opening the door for a far worse situation to develop and take place…Align prey on moment like this and circle like a vulture to take full control of the prey…BEWARE

Mark my words and my warning....THE current BOD are the better of two evils if you like but we will have a future with the current BOD as Aligns proposals is not in the best interest of US SHAREFOLDERS! I really genuinely believe that. I decided I have to speak as there seems to be a couple of people suddenly hell-bent on swaying our opinions feverishly on the board…It became apparent to me that it was necessary and important to convey an opposite view/perspective so folks who are not much read into the situations may be swayed by those who shout louder.

Ignore the negative noise...some people have anterior motives . You have to do you own research and stick and make your own judgement but I can certainly tell you there are investors like me who are very happy with this company and recent development and happy to be patient for a little more time.....well done for taking a position here...my research tells me you will not be disappointed.

No mate, it's called confidence based on facts. I don't do ramping, look at my history. This is a share you want to be in and not out. You sound like a man with ulterior motives. AIM is full of jam tomorrow and this share is delivering jam today. I couldn't care less what you think, I've done my research and I'm happy to park here for now....much better days are around the corner.
