What al train wreck this continues to be!

I tried to warn everyone, but the usual batch of short-term speculators, those genius “ramping” maestros managed to toss glitter over everyone’s eyes with their too good to be true hype.

Now look at it: this stock isn’t just taking a nosedive, it’s doing a swan dive into the abyss. Administration? Delisting? More money-grabbing dilution? Pick your poison!

They’ll be back begging for cash faster than you can say “pump and dump,” because, surprise, they’re stone broke. 😂

Believe me, their “strategy” reads like a cautionary tale: raise capital, squander it, rinse, repeat… all while shareholders watch in gleeful horror.

I don’t relish being the bearer of bad news, but… I TOLD YOU SO! 🥳

I mean look at these deplorable and extremely terrible updates:

Going-concern risk: "With no operating revenue and just US $20 k cash on hand, the Group relies entirely on equity funding and loans to meet ongoing expenses, creating material uncertainty about its ability to continue without further capital injections."

Funding / RTO dependency: ..... "failure to secure and execute an RTO would leave it unable to capitalize on reduced liabilities or raise the funds needed to service debts."

CVA execution risk: "Although the Creditor Voluntary Arrangement has cut liabilities by US $4.1 m, any unforeseen costs or delays in its implementation could reopen creditor pressure or trigger further restructuring."

Small-scale operations: "With only two staff (including directors), key-person dependencies and limited in-house capability heighten operational and governance risk during this transition."

Well well well...what did I warn against?

First under the name "Curzon Energy Plc" they had been trying for an RTO for YEARS!!!

Failure after failure for an RTO and diluted the company to death!!

And now under the guise of a new company name they continue to do what they do best which is NOTHING! Promise of RTO but rinse and repeat!!

If ever the term a dead dog was appropriate for a company, it most certainly is for CORP!

Happy for thread title to be changed but if you look at the trade price the £11k+ seems to be defo a sell?

I do have my concerns for sure as the share price has been declining in line with a number of sells. You can never be sure with AIM and it's most definitely a worry.

You would hope for a company appearing to do well that the price will increase heading into a result publication week but this seems to be doing the opposite!

I think by this time next week we will definitely have our answer as to where things stand and the trajectory but let me tell you for sure that with AIM nothing is ever certain no matter how rosier a picture management paint!

I’ve been considering investing in this share, but for over a week now, I’ve noticed someone regularly offloading shares daily.

I’ve been keeping an eye on it and am curious why the regulars haven’t commented on this, unless some of you with large holdings are downsizing out of caution. While today’s sells may not be huge, it seems like a calculated, ongoing sell.

Another question is, could it be someone with inside knowledge, possibly anticipating the results before the end of the month and knowing maybe the results will have a negative impact???

I’d like to hear others' thoughts on this.

Especially the regulars who have remained quiet despite surely noticing the daily sells and share price decline caused by these daily sells?

Oh, Aglee, if you’d bothered to read a few of my older posts, you'd know this account is exclusively for this share now. I give no clue or leave a trace as to my other holdings or investments elsewhere. Not a chance, I’m not a numpty like you!

If you had read some of my comments you would have also seen that I trade for a living and the truth is, my biggest investments are not on AIM. AIM, well, that's just a playground for speculation—either you make a quick and sometimes very large profit or get stuck averaging down for years. Sure, I’ve had some losses on AIM, but the real gains?definitely not here, pal. You might want to broaden your horizons beyond this little sandbox! 🙄

Oh, it can drop as much as it likes—I’m not selling today, tomorrow, or probably the day after that because let’s face it, there’s going to be no RTO! 😂

I’ll only sell when (or rather if) the mythical RTO ever actually materializes. I’ve been holding this thing so long now, I’m either going to lose it all or make a ton of cash. At this point, I couldn’t care less! It’s money I can absolutely afford to lose.
