They’re given the option of buying the shares at that price under a set time scale and in the big picture of things it’s just an incentive plan to hit targets and profit from it. It shows confidence in their business imo.

I’ve never read so much thin air rubbish on a share chat room before. Lots of messages with no factual backing. What I do know is that they have about 160m in cash, they’re spending on investing in the future and hydrogen isn’t yet a market darling, Goldman Sacs put their target at over 320 with a Buy rating, the move to the FTSE 250 was unfortunate as the Palestine conflict killed off its momentum with the city backing off from the concept of a cleaner world. It’s all bla bla otherwise. You either invest in the future or not. I’m sure in time the share price will reflect that. My only criticism is that the pr of this company doesn’t care to help its share price whatsoever and therefore investors have punished them for that.

Bosch pumping 2.5B from 2021-2026 into Hydrogen and has already started volume production of its fuel cell power module. One down two to go.

When I see Goldman coming in on a hard hit company like CWR I’m not worried but more appeased as it means the big boys are on it, institutional buying is way better than day traders!

If you look at the charts you’ll see for yourself that for example from the 6 July 276p - 21 July 430p the price shot up or that from the 20 Sept 384p - 18 Oct 236p it sunk. This kind of volatility is what makes stock manipulators, shortest etc lots of quick cash. When I wrote in an earlier post that the management needs to put a halt to the slide, I was wrong as market forces that drive the share price are out of their control. Management’s job is to bring in the results quarter after quarter, build up cash flow, invest into growth and keep the ship on the right course, which they have delivered on all fronts and continue to. We just need to be patient and hope the right kind of share investors will find these lower prices attractive enough to jump on board.

My logic tells me that the China joint venture takes precedence over the USA which is rather reassuring but the daily drop in the price needs support.

I said it was cheap at these levels and I stick to that. Price target looks great going forward, no nasty results of surprises and positive going forward. Great cash position too! It’s no too complicated to me, just how I liked it. Not many shares in circulation will always equal volatility.

I don’t think iht plays any part in this case, even if it did, it’s history as of now! 50% of the companies that make this transition from Aim double in price, the rest often hover and a few have difficulty sustaining their share price. Time will tell if this will double or not I guess, no risk no reward. I’m a buyer of their stock and bullish on them. GL

I called ii yesterday and got the number for CWR to find out what will happen with the transition from AIM to FTSE main market. I called CWR and got talking to them almost immediately. In short nothing bad! They leave AIM and get transferred into the FTSE main market at the AIM pricing. No change. For share holders who have their stock outside an isa they advise seeking independent tax advice as a standard procedure, but that’s it! No panic and business as usual. I congratulated them and wished the charming and informative lady a successful road ahead.

So at last we see the fruits of their hard work in the stock price that has a long way to climb. I did say the market needs to take these guys more seriously and so in my opinion the climb has begun. I just hope they climb before they’re bought out.

Am I missing something here? The market makers love this company and have a 350 price target, management is buying good quantities of their stock, the future looks of the industry looks strong and the company is well positioned/managed to grow into it, so why aren’t there more followers on here? .

Gsk is a consumer staple and most investors are in it for dividends, pensions and long term risk spreading diversity. It’s hard at times to look away but that’s what it takes to be a long term investor. I’m just learning not to look all the time but I like to scale if I can. IMHO

This is just the way I see it in my honest opinion. The news from June this year was a good result for Clon, in that, the new government acknowledged their claim, opened talks and did not tell them to 'go away!' That to me said Hold, don't sell and top up when oversold.. Simple really. Any new Government could have replaced Clon but they didn't. This is why I hold on. We all know in that case the news we want is coming, so hold or add more at these levels and benefit thereafter imho but as ever you need patience in this game. My opinion is hold or buy on big dips.

Day traders and gunho speculators are seldom happy when they have to wait, understandable really. But I don't understand the disregard for the excellent recent figures. Koov is on track, its growing massively fast and yet I see these silly posts about funding etc. It only has 175m shares floating, of course there will be more shares issued for funding, what did you think it's there for! Just look at BOO with 1,147.977m in issue. Not all these online fashion outlets can be Asos over night. Give it time to mature and you will be rewarded. Imho
