Now if Ceres technology and product is going to be one of those sources of energy, then the upside potential is massive. One example of AI progress, Nvidia, they’re investing in Ceres’s home country in a huge way. They will require masses of infrastructure which this country really doesn’t have. They foresee a continuing build over the next ten years. They will need masses of energy to build their products and they will need masses of energy to keep everything cool whilst in production mode. Building + cooling all requires masses of energy that cannot be sourced here conventionally as there’s just not enough of it. The demand outstrips supply so alternative sources will all play their part.

Not that complicated really.

I’ve already registered for the interim result podcast scheduled for the 26th of this month and I’m really looking forward to it. I’m a long-term investor in this stock and I believe in their products and also strongly feel that the world needs alternative energy sources more than ever before (AI etc)

Final results for the year ended 31 December 2024

Horsham, UK: Ceres Power Holdings pic ("Ceres", the "Company") (CWR.L), a leading developer of clean energy technology, announces its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2024.

Financial highlights

• Record order intake of {112.8 million, following signing of two manufacturing licensee partners, Delta Electronics and Denso, and an electrolyser system partner, Thermax Ltd.

Revenue of £51.9 million (2023: {22.3 million), an increase of 132%.

Strategic highlights

Taiwan - Delta is progressing well towards manufacturing. Our first licensee for both solid oxide fuel cell ("SOF") and solid oxide electrolyser cell ("SOEC") technology, Delta is evaluating factory designs, targeting the growing data centre and industrial hydrogen markets.

• Japan - Denso completed upfront technology transfer. Ceres has successfully completed the upfront technology transfer to Denso Corporation, an expert in system control and thermal management to address the growing green hydrogen sector.

• India - SOEC system development with Thermax underway. Thermax has begun developing assembly facility layouts to accelerate entry into the dynamic Indian market for industrial decarbonisation.

Current trading

The termination of the Bosch contract on 20 February, while disappointing, will have limited financial impact in the low single digit millions of euros for 2025.

• Ceres remains on track to deliver the anticipated savings on restructured and optimised cost base.

• We expect revenue for 2025 will be broadly similar to 2024. We will provide additional guidance on revenue expectations for the full year at our July trading update.

Phil Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer of Ceres, said:

They’re delivering on their promises and in this market that will go a long way.

Cash in the bank, great business, underpriced share price, RBS targets 120 “Buy” and shareholders meeting next week! Ummm 🤔 near or over 100 by Tuesday next week is my prediction.

Ceres is cash rich and on target for 2025, I don’t see a problem, Bosch will be replaced many others in time and Ceres will grow in time imho.

Their guidance hasn’t changed for 2025 so what it says is that the business doesn’t just rely on Bosch. The year has just begun and there are plenty of opportunities for new partners and expansion. Bosch is replaceable and there will be others waiting to jump in.

I held on to my shares because I believe that Ceres is going to be a great success and as a spin off from imperial, they have the backbone for that to happen. Good luck to all bullish investors. The results are amazing as is management.
